Great location. Rooftop pool is outstanding. Jacuzzi great. Pool table, ping pong, fitness on roof with infinity swimming pool that goes out to edge was fantastic. Its in the heart of everything near Central Plaza, LK Metro, Pool hall across the street if you enjoy that and many restaurants around. Room was very clean and with a great view of the beach. Definitely recommend to stay here.

The hotel has a very new bathtub room. I really love it. The decoration is very nice. There is actually a famer bob co-branded doll in the room🥹. It is very convenient to check in. The Chinese customer service sent me a lot of travel guides and can help me book cheap adult shows😂. The lady also gave me free gifts. I bought a lush starry sky bath ball 🤣❤️ It’s perfect to take a bath while listening to music and watching the sea 😊🏖🌅 The night view is also great 😊🏖🌅 The infinity pool on the top floor is recommended for everyone to take photos. The location is very good and it’s just a few minutes’ walk away from the Central Mall. There are all kinds of things downstairs. It's very convenient to go to restaurants, bars, etc. It saves a lot of taxi rides💰 The room also comes with a Dyson, which is more convenient for hair drying. I stayed here for a week. The most comfortable hotel I stayed in in Thailand. If I hadn't been to Bangkok for something else, I wouldn't have wanted to return😆

Easy check in with very nice staff. Was seen to the room but when entering, it was very obvious that it was a smoking room as the stench was very strong. I was told that all rooms were smoking rooms. Nice spacious room with a lovely sea view. When I went to have a shower, it was one that had a hose in the bath which I didn't mind. However, the hose was only about 4 foot long and so it was only good for the lower body and I had to crouch down to wash my hair. I did ask to change rooms but was told I would have to upgrade and bearing in mind I was booked in for 3 weeks, I declined.

My usual hotel on Soi 13 was closed when I tried to book for my stay early January 2022. I remember the Whitehouse Condotel next door and was able to book with an immediate response from the Whitehouse Condotel. What is drawing me to Soi 13 is that it is a perfect location for me. Near the beach, mall and entertainment. I was pleasantly surprised the the Whitehouse. Apart from the location, It is super clean, rooms are brights, well lit, immaculate and offer all needed by a traveller. The breakfast is included and always prepared fresh as you order. Room cleaning and restaurant staff was great and always eager to help and please. Special kudos to the manager (Jon) who always was helpful and offered great hints. As an example, he helped me to find the closest hospital for the required 2nd PCR test and got me a cab at a reasonnable price for my journey there. Just great service! Thanks to Jon and staff for having make my 1 week stay enjoyable!

I cannot recommend this hotel. The first room that was handed over was stuffy and dark, the towels were really old and worn and the hot water didn't come properly. The worst thing was that the electricity went out from time to time and the key card had to be moved back and forth. At night, the electricity went out again and I woke up when it got too hot. The next day I asked for a new room, which was a little better and brighter, but it was also stuffy. The cleaner kept the master keys on top of the cleaning cart in the corridor without supervision. I pointed out to him that anyone can take the keys and steal property from the rooms. He promised to take the keys but when I returned 10 minutes later, the keys were on the cart again. If you want to keep your belongings safe, I recommend another hotel. There is no safe in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff deserve this one star.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful room and very clean. There is no breakfast option, but there is a food court very close, just across the street behind the big McDonald's, where you can have a delicious meal for 50 baht. The location is perfect too. Everything is in walking distance - the beach, Walking Street, malls and other entertainment - and if you don't like to walk, you can always hop on these Tuk-Tuk taxis for a mere 10 baht and you can ride it as long as you like. For those who are interested, the hotel is guest friendly, but you do have to pay an extra 300 baht for an additional guest. I do have some mild criticism too, though. I forgot my razor and razor blades in my room and emailed the hotel the next day if they had found it. The response was swift, but only to let me know they 'no longer keep these items'. I was a bit sour about that, because these razors cost a lot of money, especially in my country. Another thing is that the hotel laundry service is a bit pricey (but I admit they do a good job). Lastly, I paid 50 baht for two black and white prints, while my hotel in Phuket did a color print for free. I realize I'm nitpicking here, but I just had to get this out of my stingy Dutch system. One more thing you need to consider, is that below the hotel is the Wonderful Bar 2 and it's open until 2 am. A band plays here every night that was audible in my room (room 605, that is). I stayed in this hotel for over a month and since they play the same set every night... well, it can get a bit annoying, haha. Regardless, I really like this hotel, I will definitely book here again and I recommend it to my fellow travelers. :-)

The most terrible experience at this hotel I arrived at privi hotel after booking 24 hours ahead The hotel receptionist was looking stressed and shouting at staff They told me the hotel was full and no room available As I tried to explain and show my booking 2 members of staff turned there back to me as I was speaking to them politly and refused to acknowledge me. More parties arrived looking for a room and things escalated 2 members of staff Started to shout and swear at the top of there voices and then quit there jobs Exclaiming that the manager was crazy I was asked sit and wait for 3 hours at reception After a long wait I was given a room It was a room that was locked off because it needed repairs It was filthy there was 30mm of water in the bath room from leaking toilet The room stank the phone and tv were broke and door would not lock properly I was made to stay in this room for a few nights over new year including new years eve I asked for a refund I would have rather slept on the beach I was told to speak to agoda for a refund They would not let use there phone to call agoda I was moved to a normal room few days later which was also stank of smoke I requested non smoking The hotel didn't even offer an apology never mind any sort of compensation I was appalled This was my single worst hotel experience ever I walked out I was not offered a refund for the days lost

lobby very roomy but the room are not that well, the prices next to hardrock, but this is not really a four star hotel. room are tiny and quiet. (15/F) sea view room are not really facing pattaya beach, its half city half sea view. laundry are very expensive 2kg around 600B breakfast with no comments, we skip the breakfast and go out for food( with 4400B a night we having high expectations of the breakfast but we disappointed)

It is not a seaview. I couldn’t find the sea at all. but The house layout is nice. TV wasn’t working. The stove seems not working too when tried to use, mannual written on the stove is useless. The host is uncontactable except for check out. Location wise is quite okay.

And here I came 4 times from Thailand , to say that this hotel is good , I can't. I start with the pluses : the location of the hotel is convenient , in Volkin Street, to the pier of Bali Hai , also relatively close to 21 terminal and naclua, the Thais have English. Next the pluses end and the deficiencies and minus , the pool, in principle not big , the people almost never, was there a couple of times in the evening. The rooms are old, everything is broken everywhere, everything is underflowing, the conder cools over and over again. Even if you take that is a budget, take Patayu Park and you 100% don't miss the location and the price will be the same ) I don't make advertising , just during the rest period I visited this hotel , and I will say yes too Money there is better attitude and conditions.
