Everything is ok as ive been here 2nd time now .. wha bi like here is the location ..with easy access on foods.. groceries.. everything coz its in baclaran.. and with free transpo servive also to MOA. Casino and live band is what i also like here..

Our family had an incredible stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, modern, and spacious, making it a truly comfortable experience. Our room had a stunning sea view, which made waking up each morning even more special. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our trip. The restaurant served delicious food with a beautiful ocean view, creating the perfect dining experience. On top of all that, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and unforgettable family getaway.

Customer service A- OK❣️It makes me proud to be a Filipino. ✅ I didn’t felt any indifference in the way they treat their guests, whether it be locals, foreigners, tall, really really tall, short, 😅, etc. Their staff ate kind and accommodating. ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and safe. I bet Japanese people would really like it here. ✅ Service at its finest❣️ So when you come to Manila and need a place to stay near the airport (from Terminal 3), consider staying here. Staying in a foreign land for so long made me forget how Filipinos are really kind and warm, and this place made that evident to me and how I’ve been missing these attributes. Not only does it remind foreigners, but also fellow Filipinos, how even small warm and kind gesture, where customers’ needs are treated with care, can make such a huge impact to someone and make their day special and memorable. The property felt secure, with guards stationed on-site and elevator access controlled by keycards. Highlights: Comfortable Stay: The room was quite clean, soundproof, and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful rest. Excellent Location: Just a 10-minute walk to MOA, avoiding the hassle of parking. Jolibee is right next door, and there are plenty of nearby shops like Uniqlo and various food options. The area belonged to one of the nicer parts of Manila. Convenient Parking: Underground parking was available, even during the busy holiday season (I stayed from Dec 30 to Jan 2 without any parking issues). Amenities: The hotel offers a restaurant with decent food and reasonable prices, room service, a spa, a pool on the 2nd floor, and exercise bikes. High-floor rooms offer stunning views (attached are photos from the 14th and 15th floors). Room for Improvement: Wi-Fi: The free Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable, making it unsuitable for work or heavy usage. Pool Maintenance: The pool appeared slightly murky and had a strong chlorox smell. While I experienced no skin reactions after using it, better upkeep would improve guest confidence. Hairdryer: The hairdryer in my room overheated easily and broke multiple times—best used sparingly. Bathroom Drainage: The bathroom’s drainage could be better, as the floor often remained wet overnight after a shower. Service Information: A list of available services within the room would be helpful. I wasn’t aware of laundry options, shuttle services, or cleaning service time frames until I inquired at the front desk, which felt inconvenient.

My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

First time at Holiday Inn Express. Very close to NAIA. Few minutes walk from runway manila bridge. Slight struggle if you have a medium size luggage. Room is clean. All the basic things are available. Breakfast buffet is mediocre. Coffee is not rich. Some pastries went of of stock. Slow refill. Too many people on the day of check-in because of an event. Will definitely stay again soon.
