Good but there's a plastic candy left under the fridge. The mini ref is not working. The comfort room door won't close but it didn't matter since we're both girls.

Love the place. Tho the place is kinda hidden, and the view is ruined by the reclamation of the bay, yet it is still a great place to stay. The amenities are good. Although one of the main concerns are the elevator. It takes a long time before you can ride a lift. The queue will take long before you can go up or down. You’re lucky if you are just in the lower floors, in which you can use the fire exit to go down.

I think they have a drainage problem. The bathroom/toilet smells and sink/shower drains very slowly that it gets flooded.

The staff at Lime Resort Manila are incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facilities and amenities are well-maintained, especially the impeccably clean and fresh common restroom in the lobby. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and modern, with the convenience of remote-controlled features. I also appreciate their use of glass water bottles for the complimentary water instead of plastic, making it a more environmentally friendly choice. An added bonus is that the resort is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for pet owners.
Negatives:
However, there are notable drawbacks. The lack of staff at the concierge is evident, often leaving it unattended. The elevators are quite small and slow, leading to long wait times. Room doors are heavy and require force to close, causing loud disturbances. Some areas need better maintenance—bed runners had dirt marks, and the TV frequently shut off unexpectedly.
Overall:
While Lime Resort Manila has its highlights in terms of aesthetics, hospitality, and eco-conscious practices, improvements in staffing, maintenance, and functionality would elevate the guest experience.

My parents really liked the place, we had a very nice view of the sunset from our room which was bay view. Buffet breakfast was really nice as well , a fair selection of food.

Everything is okay but the cup bottle for the water has a rust and it’s alarming thou, also the beds sheets has a stain. Everything has a charges, even the extra water.
The employees are very friendly and accommodating, just the room and the cleanness of it.
