The tiles in the swimming pool are not safe; we encountered this problem during our staycation. Later on, we went to the hospital due to this incident. The hotel asked me if I have HMO coverage for my daughter, maybe because they noticed the billing is expensive. I am fortunate to have HMO coverage because if the hotel refused to pay, I still get covered.
The hotel needs to improve its services. Why do you let us wait for 3-4 hours for your nurse before you decide to send us to the nearest hospital? Waste of our time. You should do an inspection and check the tiles in your swimming pool area, as this experience will leave scars on my child's memory, and don't let your guest become panicked and please ensure the safety of your guest during their stay.
