The location good considering it only few minutes to my appointment place. Place is clean, room has a decent size. Breakfast buffet has good selection too. Staffs were veru nice and accomodating

The room is okay but the comfort room and ceiling have stains.But overall we had a great stay.Breakfast is average but the hand and body soap smells good.

Location is great. However, the rooms don’t smell good. Smells old and very moldy. Needed to transfer room due to my asthma. Breakfast is not great. They don’t have a decent breakfast menu. Menu plan was really off. No fruit jams, no garlic rice, no soups. Meatballs and big chunks of fish for breakfast were really off.

We really booked a queen bed because we have a toddler and given a 2 single bed saying that they upgraded us because the its facing the airport. The room smells so musty and moldy. It smells worst inside the bathroom. A lot of black molds in the shower too. And the bed was moist and feel like wet. We didn’t get a proper rest because of the smell of the room. This is terrible for a hotel next to the newport resorts world.

Gym equipments are not maintained… all running track down. Hotel is leaking water everywhere… hotel is very old… maintenance should be improve…

The place, the food and the service is perfect for business travelers waiting for their flights near NAIA terminal 3. Ease of checking out is superb as you don't need to fall in line in the front desk and wait for check out clearance from the room service in charge.
