It's close to the airport and within walking distance of the Mall of Asia, so the location is not too bad. There are many convenience stores and restaurants in the condominium.
However, since it's close to the airport, planes fly at low altitudes directly above. Early morning flights fly quite frequently (every few minutes), so there is a lot of noise, but the noise is not so noticeable inside the room. For those who are used to the Philippine environment, it's not a big deal, but first-timers may be surprised.
Facilities and security are average for the Philippines.
The price was cheap, so I'd use it again.
