Very conveniently located if you need to fly from terminal 3, you can walk to it through the ground crossing (5-7 minutes from the house)
Nice new area with a huge number of cafes, shops, shopping center, cinema, ******
We lived in an apartment on the 7th floor, everything worked fine, special thanks for Netflix and super thanks for the early check-in
The owner is friendly and responds to messages promptly
No deposit, quick check-in which is much more convenient than renting a hotel
We will definitely stay there next time

We chose an apartment for one day, so that it was closer to terminal 3. Quite a good option, we walked to the airport in about 10 minutes.
Of the minuses, as everywhere in Manila - cockroaches, it was also a little difficult to find the location of the apartment

Ideal location next to T3 perfect for a short stop over. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby too.

We were forced to stay in this unit last second after another host in Manila ghosted us. *******/Vrbo team put us here. We get to the location and the guy tells us our original room is not available because of no air conditioning. So he puts us in another unit. Later after we check in, we started finding roaches in the apartment. I am working with customer service on getting my money back because this is not acceptable
