First of all this is not a hotel. It's a condo being rented. I left the next day and booked next door at Golden Phoenix. It's a real hotel with services.
Trip.com never told me this is not a hotel and I ask for a refund for 3 days out of 4. Trip.com refuse the refund and made excuses. I was in room 803.
See some pics. Look at the folding sofa bed. It's all f@cked up!

Nothing special with the unit. And the owner was hard to reach for concern. And some of the things inside the unit are ruined.
