Fort Worth Hotels with Parking

"It's a Hampton Inn. I love staying at the Hampton when I can find great deals. Breakfast is always on point, as well as the coffee, and service from the front desk. The gym and pool are always so nice. This Hampton was just as nice as all the others I have stayed at. I had a wonderful stay here. "

"I was very nervous about coming to a new hotel! Especially because we have never stayed in the area. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in! We took small get away to end our kids spring break! We all enjoyed our stay! But my favorite was how kid friendly it was!"

"My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment."

"Staff at the hotel are helpful. I couldn't make it to the hotel by the end of the day so I called them. Kris helped me check in in advance and it didn't take me long to get my keys when I got there. And Corane was nice to customers too."

"Receptionist was very kind and informative. From was spacious. Requested 2 queen beds and they weren't exactly in the same room; one bed was in main room with tv, desk and love seat, while the other was in a semi separate room with a desk. There was a door to separate it from the main room. Would've been nice in a ”letting the kids have their own room” scenario or drunk friend gets their own room. Breakfast was not provided or offered, even to go style despite website saying it was. Hotel kitchen/breakfast room wasn't offered either."
