I had prepaid for my room. When I checked in I was informed there would be a $25 deposit for each night. It would be refunded in 3-5 business days. The. If you wanted to use Wi-Fi you had to give them all your information or you would be charged. The shower door would not stay closed.

PROS
Colleen at the front desk was awesome. Very nice and helpful. The property was clean and recently updated.
The breakfast was good. Especially the waffles!
CONS
The issues we had were:
TV stopped working
Only 1 trash can in the room and that was in the bathroom.
The room phone was not connected. No line no connection.
Hot Tub was out of service. No towels for guests.

Friendly front desk staff..clean and updated. Complimentary breakfast could be better. Suggestion: have some kind of heat in bathroom and additional hooks or towel bar to hang wet towels.

We checked into a room that said had beds for 6. There was 4 spots. We opened the pullout couch and found a stiff hand towel (we fear a good time was had the last time that bed was used) still in the bed.
We wrapped that mess up into a (hopefully) clean sheet to bring down. The lady at the front desk was also grossed out and apologetic. There were no 6 people rooms left so we took the best available. If it wasn’t late and we didn’t have to get up so early, I would’ve asked for a refund. But we needed as much sleep as possible and were hoping this was an isolated incident. Breakfast was a continuation. Our son went to pour some milk on his cereal only to have curdled milk. The hotel looks nice. The staff was nice. They obviously do not have good cleaning standards.

Our stay was very nice here. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue was that breakfast was not ready at 6am on the day we left. We were expecting to eat breakfast before we left so we wouldn’t be hungry on the flight back home.

Front desk staff never smiled. Talked so fast you couldn’t understand. Room was so bright even with shades pulled. No coffee in room. Breakfast was late, not even coffee at correct time. When asked breakfast staff for some coffee, “not ready” in a grumpy voice. Morning front desk staff on personal phone, barely spoke. Worst Hampton that we’ve ever stayed in.
