GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed here before not a problem,but this time was terrible I stayed in the car park 1 hours thought they’d made a mistake on the booking the hotel looked like a demolition site no sign of entrance or reception very disappointing,gave me a disability room which I refused to stay in at a different hotel , I think the manager was Richard who helped us get a different room he was very friendly but the room was in lower ground smelling of sewage in hallway’s and damp in the room ,we both suffer with asthma and anxiety , all the lady staff was very polite and welcoming but I don’t want to stay here again

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located (on the way from London to Birmingham) and we found the staff to
all be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. And we had a really good breakfast too. My only slight criticism is that we didn't get our Doubletree warm cookie on arrival - but we check-in after midnight! We would definitely stay again.

However, the hotel is a bit old, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the room lighting is very dim. Overall, the price feels a bit high for what you get.

AAnonymous UserBecause Coventry is small as a whole, transportation and attractions are relatively convenient, but the overall environment of the hotel is average, there are no slippers and toiletries in the room, the network quality is not good, the wifi is slow, and there is no signal when it is replaced by traffic, so the video cannot be swiped. . If it is used as a temporary option for one night, the price/performance ratio is not very high. Because it was selected by the reviews of the three premiers, I don't know if the others are the same.

ZZhanqianyingBest swimming pool in Conventry, extra £5 per day per visitor, so I didn’t join. Self-check in, no service. Pub and Starbucks downstairs, Friday 4pm onwards free car park until Sunday. Weekday parking fee applies.

GGuest UserBasic but very clean and comfortable. We requested a quiet room and were given a room at the end of the building. Location is obviously not quiet but very convenient for anybody wanting just an easy stopover point on a long journey.

HHeiress LegaspiThe room was great; it had all the basics. However, the lift feels like it needs some maintenance. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. If you book directly, you can get free parking; otherwise, it’s £5 per day. They offer free apples and water in the lobby, but I wish they would keep the apples topped up, as some of them were bruised and looked old.
