GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, the staff made everything pleasant. From the concierge, Jerry, who helped us downloading apps for our phone to Cindy in the Breakfast restaurant who went out of her way to spoil us with a parting gift of Baggett and cheese, all were smiling, willing to help and always happy! I wish Hilton would allow the inroom units A/C to cool lowerer than 23c but that must be a corporate decision as techs even checked our unit and the front desk offered us another room which we declined. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it was the staff that will have us return! Great job everyone!

From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth. The sister at the front desk was very polite and efficient to check in quickly, but because I was in a hurry to rest, the room card may not have been refreshed at that time. While I was in the guest room area, I met a sister who should be the store’s proprietress. She checked with me and opened the door to avoid the process of running. GGuest UserWe wanted to convey our feelings after our stay at the Sangem Moon Hotel. It was one of the best holidays we have had, and we were most of the hotels 5* in Sanya. Starting with the service, a big round of applause for Lily from the reception, who took care of us from the very beginning. She took care of us every day so that we did not lack anything. Also a huge thank you to the hotel manager. A new hotel with beautiful apartments with a wonderful view of the sea. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious, made for the customer. Fresh juices, cookies, omelettes, Chinese soups and various specialties made us not want to go out. We gained a lot 😂😂😂 of weight. Infiniti pools on the 21st and 5th floors. A paradise for kids, swimming pools and a small aqua park made the time pass very quickly, and most importantly, the beautiful beach and direct descent to the sea were impressive 👍❤️. We heartily recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely come back there.

GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

AAnonymous UserBeautiful stunning villa ,we originally booked for 1 night , ended up 3 nights . Front desk were super helpful and friendly . The quality of breakfast was average considering the price of the room and overall hotel standard . The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and overcooked fish , very disappointed. My partner and I wanted a coffee in the evening , we had to wait for the restaurant to open to buy one , these are the additional details of a hotel service that I expected to be part of our stay , as the hotel sells itself on a luxury standard. Small details makes all the difference and does not cost much , overall beautiful place , fantastic location, great front desk staff

AAleksandr IIIn June there are very few people here, for those who love silence and comfort, this is an ideal place, the beach is next to the hotel, the reception staff is great, they helped with all the questions that arose, they helped me order sneakers from poizon, when checking in, I upgraded my room for an additional fee and I was offered to look at several different rooms on different floors and in different designs. We stayed in room 1711, although the room on the 8th floor was better, but we liked the view from the balcony. It is worth noting that there are fruits within walking distance, but you will need to ride a three-wheeled motorcycle to get to the store, cafes and street food, about 10-30 yuan, if there are two of you (and a small child, you can rent a small motorcycle, you can easily get to the monkey island on it. P.s. there are often no people on the beach, you can take cool photos. If you are traveling around the island, then you can stay here for a few days, we lived 3 nights. In the park, which is illuminated across the road, almost nothing works now.

I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.
