"I wouldn't recommend staying here. The location is too remote, there's absolutely nothing around. For food, it's either the hotel restaurant or ordering takeout! Although the room wasn't newly renovated, it still had that new house smell, probably because it's rarely occupied and hasn't been aired out much. The amusement park isn't fun either; all the oceanariums across the country are pretty much the same, and the prices aren't cheap. I thought the Ferris wheel looked fun, but unfortunately, it was under maintenance when we went, so we couldn't ride it – a bit disappointing! The mini-train costs over a hundred for just one loop, which is really overpriced! The hotel's private beach has decent views, but it was too hot to enjoy during the day. There weren't even any beach chairs, just a few swings good for photos. Breakfast was terrible; after looking around, there were hardly any options I liked. There were no local specialties like Lingshui sour noodles or Baoluo noodles. The restaurant was also very small, so if you went late, you'd be stuck sitting outside in the sun! The hotel doesn't even have a kids' club, and all the family-friendly activities cost extra! If you're visiting Lingshui, definitely avoid this place. Not only is it far, but it's also a rip-off. Qingshui Bay is much more fun! Avoid at all costs!"

"The room layout is well-designed, and the bed is large and comfortable for sleeping. The public areas are clean and safe. Butler Taozi provided attentive and detailed service, making this a great choice for family travel. It's very suitable for family and parent-child trips, and the hotel beach is particularly good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation... Just be sure to avoid the complimentary 5-shot photo session. If you only stick to the free shots, the photos are incredibly bad and very perfunctory – worse than what you could take with your own phone. If you want something a bit better, sorry, you'll have to pay extra. Makeup costs extra, clothes cost extra. In short, it's a huge rip-off. Just steer clear of that pitfall and you'll be fine."

"This will be my top choice for future vacations. I initially booked for two nights, but it was so comfortable that I couldn't resist extending my stay by another night, even pushing back my other travel plans. The room pool is very clean; someone comes daily to scoop out debris, though it's normal to find some natural plant matter since it's outdoors. The room itself is also spotless, and it's incredibly quiet at night. I thought such a spacious room might feel a bit eerie at night, but these past few days have given me some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. I haven't naturally fallen asleep and woken up like this in ages. Moreover, I felt a natural release of accumulated fatigue and anxiety while at the hotel. It's been a long time since I've felt so relaxed and free from stress. Some might not like it, but I personally love this kind of old-school luxury hotel."

Cleanliness: It was quite clean, with daily housekeeping.
Environment: The sea around the island was generally clean, and you could see a 'glass sea'. I want to specifically mention the direct ocean access from the balcony, which was a key factor in choosing this room type. The water level here is quite high in the mornings and evenings, generally over 2 meters deep. The tide recedes from morning to afternoon, especially from 12 PM to 6 PM, when the water level is shallower. After going into the sea, there's a complimentary 'Elf Village' snorkeling experience. Personally, I felt there were some floating objects in the water, which staff said were coral secretions. From the balcony, you could see manta rays and schools of fish. Picture 1 shows what you can capture from the balcony, and Picture 2 shows feeding the manta rays.
Service: Not enough water was provided in the room, just two bottles a day, replenished daily. Although the front desk gave us a few small bottles when we asked for more, they suggested we buy our own at the supermarket."

"I stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient – no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris."

When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

GGuest UserOur Raffles Clearwater Bay experience was absolutely perfect! Our dedicated butler, Zoe, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She proactively coordinated our itinerary beforehand, responded promptly to all our requests, and handled everything flawlessly. The 'singing' white sand was fine and soft, and the tropical gardens created a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and airy, and the multi-zone pools were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of activities for families, the food quality was excellent, and the spa offered a serene and relaxing experience. The resort also had many picturesque spots perfect for photos. All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. With 24-hour on-call butler service, our entire trip was stress-free and rejuvenating. Highly recommend!

It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!

YyamantakaThe sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better.

CCCRCHThe hotel is near the railway station and the beautiful river walk. No English but friendly understanding. Huge room new and neat. First day I got lost when a street vegetable man would drive me on his tuktuk so to call near the hotel From where I called and the hotel receptionist came to take me back to the hotel.
All for free The next day I took a long bus ride to the monkey beach and endless long beautiful beach in a special place on the sea. With fun Chinese met in the bus. Asking the bus driver if there would be a restaurant he offered me his company lunch parcels or a full healthy lunch. Free .
On the way back I found the hotel on my self and the friendly family was all smiling that I was back all alone and happy.
Next to the hotel I enjoyed the best fish soup ever. So I recommend this hotel in Lingshui. Which has a bridge built like a huge ship new and no motor just for pedestrians.

GGuest UserThe B&B is a pleasant surprise. The environment is very good. The rooms are large and the equipment is new. The seafood porridge for breakfast is also delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is that the boss is really nice. He recommended us to feed the monkeys about 150 meters away from the hotel and catch the sea about 200 meters away. We were going to the pier to take a boat. The boss also picked us up and dropped us off. Go to the entrance of Daidai Island to watch the sunset. The boss doesn’t come to do anything, he just works silently👍🏻The children don’t want to leave👍🏻

GGuest UserThe hotel room was huge, probably over 30 square meters, truly enormous. The service was excellent, with very patient staff who met all our needs. The room was also very comfortable, with a soft mattress and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet sleep. The room amenities were a major highlight, offering everything imaginable: disposable toilet seat covers, disposable paper cups, soap, disposable razors, and more. This was beyond my expectations for a room at around 100 yuan. The surrounding area is conveniently located with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My parents had a wonderful trip and a great stay here. They said they'd stay here again next time they travel.

I had an incredibly enjoyable trip. The hotel staff provided the best hospitality I have ever experienced. Choosing this hotel was the luckiest decision. They not only took me to the places I wanted to go but also went above and beyond to resolve any issues, like when I lost my phone. Thanks to them, I didn't feel any of the inconveniences that can come with not speaking Chinese during my trip to China. Despite the clear language barrier, I never expressed any discomfort. I deeply appreciate their kindness.
If I visit this region again, I will definitely stay at this hotel without any hesitation.

GGuest UserA newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.
