This place has very nice people but if you get hot easy do not stay here until you check the A/C. It’s obvious when you feel the air blowing of it will eventually cool the room down and there was no way it was going to get cool so I left didn’t ask my money back or anything and got another room and the only other thing I think it’s located horrible you’re in the middle of nowhere no grocery stores around other than Asian stores if that’s OK with you that’s fine. I’m just used to being around 7-Eleven or something like that.

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Seda Manila Bay really exceeded my expectations. As a former hotelier from a Forbes 5 star hotel in PH, I must say they have the best staff. Last nov 4, my son celebrated his bday at Seda Manila Bay and they even gave us a complimentary cake.(Kudos to In-room dining team!) Bellman Ivan assisted us I commend him for being so nice and proactive. Last dec 25-26 we also stayed at Seda ManilaBay and Bellman Ivan recognized me and he helped us with our luggages. Pagbaba ko palang ng car he greeted me ”ma'am welcome back!” with a huge smile on his face. l also commend FO Jerlyn for being so nice and helpful. She offered late check-out for one of our room since the key was given to us medyo late na like around 4pm already. She's so nice to the point na parang we're already friends for a long time.I also commend the bellman who assisted us upon check-in and check-out (i forgot his name) we had a small talk about hotelier life and for using his phone(viber) for work instead of radio and about tips haha! I commend the FO/Bellman team for giving us the best hotel experience and giving us a five star service!

I stayed at most of the Hop Inn hotels like in Makati, Tomas Morato, and Aseana City. I had the best affordable stay. The bed was so comfortable. The shower pressure is so strong. The room is clean and cozy. The staff service is superb. I am always super satisfied with my stay with them that's why every time I am in the Philippines, I stayed in one of their branch locations.

Spa was mediocre. They need to improve on customer experience. Massage room too cold and no way to adjust temperature. No heated bed. Had to ask for more towels to keep me warm. Didn’t smell like a spa. Little musty. Therapist was good though.
The rooms are well appointed and very spacious. Complete with kitchen in a 2BR Suite. Bathtub too high for short people and may cause accidents. There’s a washer dryer combo that technically only washed clothes and kept clothes damp. The dryer was not efficient and we checked out with still damp clothes. 3 associates came to the room and tried to solve the problem. Their suggestion was to wash the clothes again so it will trigger the dry cycle. Never worked. Waste of time and energy. Dryer should dry clothes. Period.
Breakfast selection was good. Saw a little cockroach walk around the sushi area. 😲
The area can get so much traffic. Kalayaan Ave can get crazy busy. Give enough time and clear directions for your Grab diver if you want to make your appointments on time.

We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

MMelaVery excellent experience! Our room was also upgraded. Special mention to ms. Melody for assisting us in our request and going on extra mile by sending us cake and fruits for our anniversary. To CJay and Chris for accommodating us and assisting us since it is our first time in Hyatt. And to Matt who was very hospitable and very accommodating lifeguard on duty at Nobu, when we stayed on the pool side in the afternoon. Will definitely stay again at COD in the future!

No traffic and we were picked up by a limo ☺️. The hotel is exceptional. The staff , they were amazing. Did beyond the best to give us the greatest service. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Worth every penny.

VVinaVanessaWe booked a Deluxe King Room for 1 night here and we love our stay. The receptionist said that the standard check in time is 3:00pm but we were allowed to check in as early as 2:00pm. There was a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check in which is of course refundable. The room number given to us was 1202. It is a corner room and on the highest floor. Our room is in the corner and the window is smaller as compared to other rooms’. Our room is spacious. Bigger than what you would expect for a 3 star hotel. The room has basic amenities - cable TV, split type aircon, a safe for your valuables, working desk, a sofa, open closet, toilet & bath with hot shower. Even the bathroom is spacious. It has hair blower also and free 2 toothbrushes and ample towels provided during our stay. Our bed is truly a king size bed and we love how comfortable the bed was. Aircon wasn’t working perfectly, it’s either too cold or too warm which is weird. The room does not have enough lighting. The TV has cable channels but it’s not a smart TV so no Netflix, etc. We went to 6th floor to try the swimming pool. Surprisingly, we got it to ourselves. We enjoyed the pool for a full 1 hour without any other hotel guests joining us. We called housekeeping to request for towels and we were given right away. Pool bar is closed. Pool is not heated. We did not avail of the buffet breakfast. Hotel is walking distance to City of Dreams, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parqal. Hotel has its own parking space for 3 levels.

AAinellationStayed for a night only. I got a free upgrade on the 18th floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 t&b (one with bath), small kitchen and two verandas. I arrived at 9am, too early for check in but they allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel while I meet my friends until check in. Everybody was nice but I noticed that they treat Chinese differently. Room wasn’t so clean. Fridge was not cleaned before my check in so were the cupboards. There were trash inside prolly left by the former guests. Couch was very dirty and clearly stained. The space was good but I’m very particular with cleanliness and sanitation considering the price.

What was good The hotel is 10 minutes away from Manila Airport. The hotel is in the 2nd corridor with rooms. On the left side of the room without windows, noise from the air conditioner is heard. The rooms are clean, bedding is clean, but not new. The bed 150 by 180 cm for the high will not be comfortable. What was bad There are 2 wings in the hotel, climbing the stairs and turning right there will be rooms with 1 window that goes to the ” well” where the air conditioners are installed. The air conditioners are very noisy and the room is not ceased to walk.
