We had a small family reunion in this wonderful hotel. Simply can't praise the staff enough, from efficient and friendly reception staff,to the staff at the snack bar as well as house keeping. The rooms and facilities are spotlessly clean and all provisions for our comfort were met. For those of us who had the breakfast thought it was of high standards. The location of the hotel was excellent with a bus stop close by for trips to central Palma, or a quick downhill walk to Porto Pi commercial centre. Thank you Agusta for such a wonderful stay. You are all amazing.

This place is awesome… I am writing this in advance of our upcoming visit as concierge services have been amazing as per usual… organising everything with supreme efficiency. it will be our 8th visit, sometimes as a couple sometimes with family and friend’s, we have stayed at all the top level hotels in Palma and this is the best hands down. Isabel and the whole team are truly outstanding.. roll on Sept for our 9th visit

Excellent service .. such kind front desk people which makes all the difference. My friend forgot her adapter and they found one for us .. even ran down street to give it to us.Rooms immaculate, great tea and coffee maker provided..lots of towels.. the best rainfall shower ever...comfy beds.. great ac.. it was 97 one day!! We had their breakfast one morning and it was superb. Great location right in the middle of old Palma.. half a block from San Miguel street. I would rate this 10 out of five if I could.I have traveled all over the world on vacations and the MHouse ranks at the top for feeling at home!!! Dimitar at the front desk was so helpful and nice!

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.
