"Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective."

"It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found that many hotels nearby are called XxxMelia. Maybe this area is the name. The hotel is located opposite the sea. The sea view room we chose has a small terrace to sit on, which is more comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, there are special people to omelettes, many hotels do not have this service, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, you have to take the initiative, this hotel is good, it is a bit not enough to clearly mark the price, when we go, the service staff inside is not in the room, I put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that), and opened a corner of the quilt on the quilt. Two beds and one piece. We thought it was a gift and ate it. When we checked out, we were told to charge 9 euros. This is a bit pitted. I think this is not suitable. Others are fine. Be sure to pay attention to the minibar and glass, these are not free food, will be charged, reasonable consumption."

"This was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again."

"The hotel room was great, the staff impeccable, just the small problem that can surprise you is that we had a booking tax of €8 and a bit, except that on the site where we booked and paid for the room online, at no time did they warn us that there would be a tax (knowing that we only slept one night, the price of which is not exorbitant either) so be careful not to get ripped off, especially if you were going to stay for a long time, the taxes will surely increase..."

"To be honest, the location is very central, the facilities are also good, the room is very large and very new, but it seems that this hotel likes to put sculptures of that kind of clothes... It's the kind of sculpture that only has clothes and no people inside... (like Doctor Strange's cloak) There is a sculpture that looks like ancient Japanese women's clothes at the door of my room, it's really scary 😭 I don't dare to open the door by myself and go out to be accompanied by my boyfriend 😭"

"Perfect hotel, perfect service staff, from the first moment you walk into the hotel, you can feel the warm service of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center, walking distance to the attractions, all kinds of delicious and fun around, it is a quiet place. The room size is very good, the details of various designs are perfect, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The attentive hotel staff also prepared me a surprise: a beautiful birthday cake. We had a perfect holiday here!"

EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

PPui YingI recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.
However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at Hotel Joan Miro Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was large and well-maintained. There is free parking nearby if you are lucky to find a space, but we paid 10 euros per day for underground parking, which was recommended by the hotel. The location is just a five or 10-minute walk to the beach with some shops and cafes nearby. The staff also sent a bottle of Cava to our room for my boyfriend's birthday even though we didn't even tell them we were celebrating! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Palma.

GGuest UserI booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

GGuest UserThis hotel is near the subway station, train station and bus station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to get there. The transportation is very convenient and fast! The room has a window table and chairs, with enough light for planning your trip or working! The hotel also has an outdoor terrace and chairs for guests to rest! The front desk staff are very kind and willing to help you solve your problems!
