Very good hotel with delicious buffets. Had half board and the food was very tasty. The hotel also has a nice small pool area. It's also not far to the beach and Bierkönig. So the location is great

We have just returned from a self catering holiday at this Hotel and found the facilities badly lacking. First of all the location is not what we expected. Supposed to have a sea view but that was restricted due to large trees right in front of most of the balcony. The shoreline contained a lot of litter. Self catering was difficult not even a teapot or sufficient cooking equipment. No oven so that obviously curtailed certain dishes. Be aware that whilst there are plenty of supermarkets they do not stock basics such as cereals or eggs. There is an Aldi some considerable distance away that we were able to use. Our TV didn’t work and a visit from an engineer sorted it until we switched it off and then it wouldn’t work again. We reported it only to be told we would have to change rooms. I eventually managed to get it working as it was tuned in to England rather than Spain. The location of the hotel is up a steep hill so anyone with walking problems would find it difficult to negotiate Especially if carrying groceries. We didn’t use any of the hotels facilities preferring to eat in the apartment despite the inadequate facilities. After all we had booked a self catering holiday !The beach is lovely quite busy with safe bathing. Good bus services to other areas. Use your debit card for a considerable discount. Would we stay there again probably not. Obviously whoever is in charge hadn’t thought it through. This was not a cheap holiday , the flight and room was in excess of £2500. We expected something better having been in Portugal earlier in the year for almost half the price. Sour grapes hardly. Just a warning to would be travellers.

We visited this hotel as a couple in our late 20s, in April 2022. Our first time abroad since the pandemic, so we were looking forward to it. The hotel was very clean. The cleaners were super friendly and always said hello. The pool area was so quiet, we had it to ourselves often. The decor was fairly modern, standard for a budget hotel. A big supermarket just a few minutes walk away, through a park area at the bottom of the road. The beach was a ten minute walk (although it is up hill coming back). Perfect location for the bus stop to visit Palma. On this basis, it was a great budget hotel for a break away. However, the noise was almost unbearable. El Arenal is a popular party location, with large bars/clubs aimed at German tourists. Which of course,means lots of drunk people. There was absolutely no sound proofing in the hotel room. You could hear every word in the surrounding rooms. You could also hear the loud noise made by the lift, which was in constant use around the clock. One afternoon there was a fight in the room next door, and it sounded like they threw furniture at the walls! I only had between 3 and 5 hours sleep a night, due to loud/drunk people leaving, arriving and just hanging out in the corridors and in their rooms at all sorts of hours. I've stayed in lots of budget hotels in Europe, and hostels but never experienced noise like this. I saw the reviews but assumed it would be fine, but it really is as noisy as everyone says. The first night, I was scrolling through hotel websites at 3am to try and find somewhere else to stay as it was too loud to sleep, although due to cost we decided to just put up with it. This hotel is probably perfect if you want to stay somewhere low cost and want to party/stay up late every night or are a very deep sleeper! It was clean, had semi comfortable beds and pillows, and an okay shower. However, I personally wouldn't recommend it if you want a relaxing holiday now that restrictions have been dropped.

This hotel is everything we needed and more. It was truly luxurious from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, our room (terrace suite) was magnificent and we were very lucky as we booked last minute. The location was perfect. There was a bus stop right outside that connected you to Palma and from there you could get other bus/train connections to other areas like Valldemossa/Soller/ Alcudia etc.!! The breakfast was okay, and nice to have, and the views from the rooftop were incredible. We wouldn’t change a thing apart from maybe (and I’m being really picky) get some more sun longer beds for the rooftop. Otherwise this was a beautiful treasure on the island of Majorca! We have just spent an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful hotel. It was everything we were hoping for. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area (if you want lots of restaurants & bars, this is not the place for you). There are a few mini-markets and a handful of restaurants dotted about, but other than that, it is just other hotels. You can hop on a bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The number 4 bus goes into Palma every 15 minutes or so for €2 per person and takes about 20 minutes. Palma is a beautiful city, so I recommend you do this at least once. The hotel is kept very clean by a team of hard-working staff. We were in a garden bungalow (2 adults & 1 teenager) and it was just the right size for us, with a good sized bathroom and a beautiful view out to the bay. The rooms are cleaned every day. The swimming pools are lovely – the upper one is by the pool bar (which isn’t too badly priced and the food we had (toasties, nachos, pizzas) were very good) and the lower one has a little pool attached to the main one for little people, or just to sit in. There isn’t a huge amount to do for children (no organised entertainment – so again, if this is what you are looking for, you need to stay elsewhere). The hotel also has mini-golf, tennis courts, pool table, if you want a little activity to do whilst you are there. The staff were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. There are a couple of little beaches nearby, but they were completely packed (we were there in the first week of the summer holidays) and most of the beach is taken up with sunbeds which you have to pay to use. It was too busy for my liking, but we did go down later one afternoon (it was still packed) to have a quick dip in the sea and a cocktail from the beach bar (€10 for a porn star martini and it was packed with alcohol!) Food: we stayed on a half-board basis (and I thoroughly recommend doing this). Breakfast was from 7.30 to 10.30 and is a help-yourself buffet. There is so much to choose from and the drinks are all included (they even have Prosecco out on Saturdays & Sundays). You can eat inside or outside on the terrace. The staff work very hard to keep everything topped up and to keep your table clean. We loved the breakfast! The evening meal is in the sister hotel over the road and we found this to be absolutely brilliant. Again, it is a help-yourself buffet and there is so much food to choose from. The pudding selection was absolute heaven! We felt the choice was very good (different options each evening throughout the week) and we found the food to always be served hot. The views of the bay from the window tables are absolutely beautiful and you can watch the cruise ships make their way back out of Palma. The drinks are not included, so they are billed to your room and you pay at the end of your stay, when you check out. We tended to get a bottle of water (€3 each). The waiting staff work hard so that you enjoy your meal – our waiter Wilson was absolutely wonder

Hotel was in a fantastic location to enjoy surrounding coves, beaches and restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful with all our requests. The room had great views over the pool and sea and I enjoyed very much being able to swim off the rocks from the hotel. Would stay here again.
