Looking at the pictures, I thought it was a fresh, five-star product. I didn’t use the hotel’s shampoo, so I didn’t pay attention to the brand! but! The room was very unclean! ! ! The hair dryer is full of dust! No tissue paper! There is also a layer of dust on the mirror frame! There is no packaging on the disposable slippers, and they are also full of dust! There are long hairs on the sheets. I have a slight mysophobia. I rolled them with a roller brush more than ten times, but there are still lint and the sticky paper is still grayish brown! The bed was very uncomfortable! ! ! Extremely collapsed, almost spire-shaped, high in the middle and concave on both sides! Because I had something to do during the day, it was already early in the morning when I checked in, and there was no one in front of the hotel! After ringing the doorbell, someone opened the door. They did not tell the front desk which floor it was on. The elevator only said "roof" and we needed a room card to go up. We had to go out and ring the doorbell again. When the guy at the front desk accompanied us to the room, he even mentioned the air conditioner. It was the cold air setting that was set before, and it has been set aside until now and has not been changed! So the air conditioner was set last summer and the room was vacant until this spring? Because there is no occupancy? Is that why it’s so cheap? This hotel is a boutique apartment and definitely does not have the standards of a 5-star hotel! The room was suddenly opened at 11:20 the next morning, waking us up! The husband called the front desk to confirm whether we made a mistake in the check-out time! As a result, the guy who answered the phone at the front desk said in a very rude tone that it was 12 o'clock, so you still have half an hour! ! It's really... when I checked out at 12 o'clock, I was greeted by a girl. I would like to praise her. Her attitude was very friendly and she asked me all kinds of questions!
