This is not a four star hotel, it has no front desk and no employees, I made my booking on the website, when I went to their sister property, a hostel on the next street, for no reason whatsoever they told me I was being rude, and said they would not help me with my check in and give me my room. When I had already a reservation made from days if not weeks in advance. They lack customer service, and more importantly they show themselves on the internet as a four star hotel when it should be a two or three star hotel. The Argentinian employees that said I could not have my room nor would they help me with my check in seriously need to study some HOSPITALITY. I studied hospitality myself, travel the world constantly, and this is something I have never seen before. Horrible customer service. Lack of hospitality.
