I’m so glad that I booked to stay at this hotel at the end of November.
I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered until I sadly came to the end of my visit.
The staff in all departments were first class and a pleasure to encounter.
My room was ideal in every way and the location of the hotel was very convenient for local facilities and also the centre of Palma.
The restaurant provided an excellent menu and I chose to eat there for my breakfasts and several evening meals.
I would not hesitate to stay here again and I sincerely hope that the opportunity arises before too long.
Thank you to all the staff that made my stay so comfortable and memorable.

It’s a nice hotel for me and I’m travelling alone. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Just that I was assigned room 101 which was located beside the street and hotel staircase, therefore it was rather noisy till 10-11pm. Also, the work desk is small and cramp, which could hardly place my laptop and mouse. The bathroom had windows which were only covered by translucent pieces of curtains which lacked privacy. Anyway, it’s near to nice food, central bus terminal and shopping belt, so it’s all good!

I arrived early, left my luggage, and was about to leave
but I got an early check-in with Lucky Vicky!
The staff member who checked me in (I don't know her name, but she was so lovely)
was more friendly, so I felt even better~
I didn't make a parking reservation, but there was a space, so I paid 15 euros a day and used the parking lot comfortably!
The parking lot is a bit of a walk, but I found a parking space nearby, so I thought I'd spend the whole day there... I don't regret it
It was so good that I regretted staying for 3 nights
The bathroom door didn't close and didn't open.. I just used it~
The breakfast was also 2 menus per person, so I ate my fill

Friendly receptionist who invited me for a welcome drink. The hotel is centrally located. But unfortunately you can hear every voice and door in the hallway and next door. The "king-size bed" consisted of 2 mattresses with a noticeable gap in the middle.
