We booked Can Cera based on the quality of its reviews and the flattering photos, but the actual experience was far greater than expected. Europe is full of centuries-old converted homes. They usually come with a few quirks--strange room configurations, odd smells, etc. Not Can Cera. The entire place is impeccably clean and modern with a number of comfortable dens and sitting rooms. Both the space and guests are attended to by conscientious and hard-working staff who are present but not omnipresent. They offer you both privacy and hospitality. The care with which we were treated was unmistakably genuine. Benjamin and his team booked our restaurants and arranged for our guides, always putting us in the hands of people who shared their commitment to our enjoyment and well-being. We will most definitely visit again.

Majestic & Regal are two words that come to mind when describing the Can Cera Hotel. From the moment you walk inside the hotel, you know that you have found paradise! The decor to the various scents in the air, and extremely welcoming staff make you keenly aware that you have chosen the perfect home for your holiday stay. The entire staff offered exceptional service although we enjoyed getting to know Benjamin, Francisco, Jose and April. The level of care provided to make sure we had everything needed was second to none. From island recreational and cultural activities to exceptional dining was highlighted daily. We highly recommend the Can Cera hotel and we would love to return in the future.

We were in Room 4 which was excellent, even with the celebrations in the streets the days we arrived, the room was quiet. (although the workout room appeared to be above our room and early morning treadmill was audible but not loud ) The staff were the best part of the stay. They always helpful and friendly. The food menu needs some variation as we were there for a week and it was unchanged. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. The central location was very wonderful.

We stayed in Rm 12, great size, excellent authentic decorum. From the paintings to the single pane window with shutters, everything was beautiful. Our room faced the front street, with the festival, noise was a concern but all ended by 11. The staff, Benjamin, Bruno, and Abril, EXCEEDED all expectations of customer satisfaction. They will ensure you are taken care of and relax for your vacation. They recommend several area items of interest, most notably Can Piza winery with Miriam. One must absolutely go here, the wine, food, and Miriam are a great experience. The La Bodega restaurant was also a great experience for local tapas and drinks. Cannot recommend this hotel and staff enough. Only downside was the darkness of the interior, and no fireplace for the “cold” Mallorca evenings. Great drinks at the bar with attention to details. We cannot wait for our next visit to Can Cera.

A beautiful, unique hotel nestled behind a grand wooden door in Palma. You would never know that this oasis in the city is here. The room is definitely spacious for Europe. The staff was extremely helpful with car services and restaurant recommendations. Great location as well!
