Great staff great location fabulous apartment. Set in the heart of suburban Palma the bars and restaurants are full of locals with the accompanying menus, atmosphere and prices. The studio itself is immaculately maintained with all the comforts you need including a brilliant little pool terrace that in all the time we were here we had to ourselves. Great find this place and we will be back

I absolutely loved this place ! From the gorgeous Scandi interiors, to the sunny roof top terrace with pool , the convenient location , well equipped and spacious apartment, balcony and delightful staff . It was perfect . A special shout out to Per who couldn’t do enough for us and recommended us some fab restaurants and other helpful tips . We really hope to return . Thanks again !!

A real find - tasteful apartments and communal areas including a pool and roof top terrace. Per the manager and his team are so welcoming, helpful and professional. Great bus services into town and lovely walks by the marina. Also v close to Bellver Castle. Highly recommend.

Great property with extra special touches. Excellent customer service upon check in. Great personal touch. Availability of bottled water on each floor a great bonus. Along with the use of laundry facilities. Property is in a great location.

Fabulous apartments not far from promenade. We rented two for 8 of us - a duplex and a superior 2 bedroom. The superior was very spacious and a great place for everyone to meet. Per was very helpful and someone was always on hand if needed. Palma is an easy city to get around and ideal for a short break.

Absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish. Very welcoming on arrival, extremely accommodating, and they went above and beyond with our requests - late check out and use of their washing machine. Apartment was lovely (5th floor); Nordic style, clean, well equipped with some nice touches (standing cold water dispenser, a bottle of cava in the fridge, another appeared on our 2nd day! Plus coffee pods), VERY comfy beds too. Oh, and there is a super roof terrace with views of the coast, plus a pool on a lower floor that we didn't have time to test out. Looked great though! Location: Such a great location for the marina, and around a 30 min walk to the cathedral. For close and tasty tapas - Bar Michal is across the street - excellent tapas and great wine. A little further (3 min walk) is Bar Bellver for exceptional coffee, bloody mary's and breakfast (also tapas). Italian over the road is also amazing (Brutus). And that's just the places more or less on the door step! I'd recommend hiring a bike - Palma has excellent cycle paths. The accommodation doesn't have any for hire which would be an excellent addition to their offerings, however there are many places nearby that do. I'd highly recommend these apartments and would happily stay again.

We have just arrived back from our holidays in Mallorca, in Terreno Studios, we have spent 8 days there. The place is as good as you see in the photos, very stylish, full equipped, clean, big spaces, swimming pool in the building and also a chill out area in the roof terrace…. It is well situated in the city and also has parking place if you need it. Also I want to remark how people working there were really kind and helpful. Per, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your hospitality! :) , and also Vicenç thank you very much for being so helpful. Looking forward to being back!
