This is one of the best five-star hotels I have ever stayed in.
Although it is a new hotel, it is first-class in terms of privacy, hygiene and service. The staff do not have uniforms, they are more like butlers.
The location is also super good. If you like ancient buildings, it is highly recommended. If I have the chance, I will definitely come again.

We had the most amazing stay for our honeymoon! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful and quiet—just what we needed to relax—and our room was incredibly comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal felt like a treat. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

A lovely small hotel in Palma. Well designed, comfortable and with super staff. Our room was lovely, we enjoyed the terrace and breakfast. The hotel is well located for the old town. Sorry to be there only one night but will return if back in Palma.

I have rented a suite through Tablet Hotels and had a calm & pleasant weekend stay at the hotel. Yet, upon departure I found additional charges on my credit card made from the hotel without my consent. For all no-brand, complementary amenities, I was charged 40 Euros/bottle and a total of 240 Euros, which is as much as a single night's stay. I contacted the hotel requesting an explanation and where the cost, if any, of the shampoos/soaps/conditioners was indicated and received an extremely rude, even belittle-ing response back stating that it is at their discretion. Total fraud, total disrespect !!! Worst hotel experience, and even worse customer relations experience of my life. Stay away !

Incredible hotel in the perfect location of Palma! Walking distance to all landmarks including the Cathedral and Arab Baths. Stunning decor throughout the hotel, including the bedroom. Service was impeccable and having breakfast open from 7pm until 1pm was such an added bonus, allowing us to participate in a brunch ready for the day!! Loved it and will definitely be going back!
