I have rented a suite through Tablet Hotels and had a calm & pleasant weekend stay at the hotel. Yet, upon departure I found additional charges on my credit card made from the hotel without my consent. For all no-brand, complementary amenities, I was charged 40 Euros/bottle and a total of 240 Euros, which is as much as a single night's stay. I contacted the hotel requesting an explanation and where the cost, if any, of the shampoos/soaps/conditioners was indicated and received an extremely rude, even belittle-ing response back stating that it is at their discretion. Total fraud, total disrespect !!! Worst hotel experience, and even worse customer relations experience of my life. Stay away !

Incredible hotel in the perfect location of Palma! Walking distance to all landmarks including the Cathedral and Arab Baths. Stunning decor throughout the hotel, including the bedroom. Service was impeccable and having breakfast open from 7pm until 1pm was such an added bonus, allowing us to participate in a brunch ready for the day!! Loved it and will definitely be going back!

I absolutely adore this hidden gem in Palma. Highly personalised service, great comfortable rooms and absolutely delicious food! A truly amazing experience. If you are looking for luxury lifestyle property with authentic character this is it! Can’t wait to return next year.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. Although it is near the city centre it is very quiet. Staff were very polite. There is a rooftop sunbathing area, which was lovely to look out over the city. Also a steam room in the basement with a small gym. Breakfast was set in an informal lounge, a little pricey at 30Euros each, but well presented. We had a lovely bottle of local house wine in our room as it was our wedding anniversary, a lovely touch. There is a beautiful internal courtyard garden with water feature, which makes for a relaxing setting. Beward Hotels in Palma do not have signs outside, just the number of the street. It took us a while to find it!

A gem of a hotel in the Old Town quarter of Palma. Very recently opened after refurbishment of a classical townhouse Rooms built around a cool courtyard. Great location for exploring Old Palma. Service was attentive and friendly. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a day out.

Amazing petit hotel boutique close to by the Arab baths, in the centre of Palma. We have loved our nice room with wonderful sheets; :) Also the breakfast is to dye for.... Xisca did an amazing "omelet" unforgettable. ;) Highly recommended to spend a couple of days during all the year.
