To be honest, the location is very central, the facilities are also good, the room is very large and very new, but it seems that this hotel likes to put sculptures of that kind of clothes... It's the kind of sculpture that only has clothes and no people inside... (like Doctor Strange's cloak) There is a sculpture that looks like ancient Japanese women's clothes at the door of my room, it's really scary 😭 I don't dare to open the door by myself and go out to be accompanied by my boyfriend 😭

Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

Although it was a little far from the city, it was really clean and I had a great experience. The sunset seen from the top floor of the hotel was so beautiful that it was a memory that will last a lifetime! There is a sauna, so we recommend bringing your swimsuit.

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. Room: The color of the room is soft, the bathroom is very large, and the layout of the two sinks makes it more convenient for multiple people to check in. Toiletries are exclusively customized by Byredo and Palma. Even with sunscreen and repair milk. Breakfast: The breakfast is rich in variety, especially the quality of the ham is very good.
