"The environment is good, you can swim, and there is a small temperature pool. Breakfast until 9 o'clock, did not eat late. The front desk service is very good, that is, at 9 o'clock in the morning, there are three people knocking on the door to clean, and one of them has come in directly, but fortunately it is locked inside. Parking can be registered at the front desk and parked in front of your building. Next to there is a big supermarket and panda express, as well as a microwave oven for children to eat. The outer sofa in the inner coat room is quite big and has a TV. Wifi is not free"
"The hotel is relatively old, but the maintenance is OK. The service is average.
Facilities: Very complete, especially the kitchen, which has everything. People who love to cook are blessed.
Environment: The bedroom window is next to the corridor, which is relatively poor. There is a golf course outside the balcony, which is very beautiful.
Service: No one answered the front desk call for a long time. But the attitude of the front desk and the shuttle bus driver was very good."
"Embarc has been a family trip destination for years! This time I enjoyed it solo! Same great experience :) The service is amazing. Their staff is willing to lend a helping hand in everything and anything. I will continue to come here for years to come. This was my first time coming on a non-holiday week and it was the best ever! It was peaceful and quiet and a nice change of scenery. The people that come to stay at Embarc are always pleasant and friendly as well. Overall, a place to guarantee a pleasant vacation. Everything you need is in your room, and if you need extra kitchen supplies not equipped in the kitchen, it is just a call away to the front desk...easy! They have supplies stored away to keep sanitized due to covid that you can check out at the front desk, which are fun to pass the time. They have pool table supplies, air hockey, pickle ball, basketball and more. You can also choose which movie to show at their theater (a must do)! Highly recommend this place!!!!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the pool time which was complimented by the not to hot weather. Nice location not far from local stores. Walmart, Costco and restaurants just couple miles away which made it quick fast to grab a bite to eat and get to relaxing. "
"A very good hotel, with big rooms and a relatively new hotel. Free parking service. I brought my children and got hungry at night, and the hotel had a special car to pick us up to go shopping at a nearby supermarket. Very considerate, swimming pool, and a Cadillac classic car in the lobby. Free bottled water, good location, opposite a shopping mall with big brands such as LV, Gucci, BV, etc., and delicious HAMHAM. A very satisfying stay."
"The environment is great! The outside of the house is full of golf courses. The large area is full of Marriott. There are various room types, villas, townhouses, hotels. Originally, I wanted to make a two-bedroom villa. The order was not paid successfully. I changed the single room and the room was large. The sofa bed and balcony, the house is just fine, the blanket in the cupboard is a bit thin. Another 10 o'clock check out is a bit uncomfortable! Such a good environment, I had to turn around after checking out! Remind compatriots: Old American rooms are generally equipped with kitchen heating equipment, go out and prepare a light meal outside, ready to go!"
"It’s a very beautiful resort. The room was enough room for a family. We had full kitchen to prepare meals for the kids. The patio opened to a nice pond snd golf course. The pools were kept clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for the guests. We had a great time. 😎👍"
"Very good, the hotel facilities are very complete, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker and other appliances needed in daily life are basically there. There are four swimming pools and it is very comfortable."
"Less than half an hour's drive from the desert Ole, there are very few people in the country. The hotel is all three-story, surrounded by golf courses. No car is not recommended. It’s too far to go to Ola in Palm Springs. Almost all of the hotel’s guests are old Americans who are going to play golf. The hotel was unsuccessful and it was withdrawn after a night. There is an open air swimming pool and a constant temperature."
"The room is very modern, clean and tidy, there is a small swimming pool, it is suitable for children to play, breakfast is a form of ordering, there is a children's meal, the children like it, but the restaurant does not know whether it is independent operation, it is necessary to repeatedly confirm with the front desk. Whether the second guest includes breakfast, the confirmation time is longer and more annoying. In addition, because the accommodation fee is paid to the store, it will be different from Ctrip. The Ctrip booking is 134.53, and the actual hotel deduction is 141. I don't know if there are some extra charges for Ctrip."

Excellent
EEuKind and exellent and attentive staff. I really appreciate their attitude. Satisfied with the complimentary breakfast which I didn’t expect. Room really clean and neat. Everything was pretty new. If I go to Palm Spring or Palm Desert area, I definitely will stay there again.
GGuest UserThe room was large and clean, the breakfast was rich, and there were several fast food restaurants nearby. However, it was a long way from Joshua Tree and Death Valley, at least an hour's drive away, but it was not far from the Desert Outlet, so you could stop by and take a look.
GGuest UserI was disappointed because there were white people who avoided boarding every time in the hotel elevator and white people who did not greet each other.
AAmbeezyyI believe her name was Stephanie at the front desk. She was very professional, nice and caring. Will definitely be coming back due to her customer service skills
GGANGQIANGIn Las Vegas, many hotels pay a resort fee. Best Western Hotel does not require a resort fee and breakfast. Breakfast is an American breakfast and you can make waffles yourself. Drive to Las Vegas Boulevard in less than ten minutes. Very good value for money.
Iixzxl_It takes 40 minutes to drive to Desert Mountain Outlets and about 30 minutes to the rotating cable car, which is relatively far. There is an open parking lot and no parking fee for self-parking, which saves a lot of money compared to hotel parking in Los Angeles. It is self-driving friendly. The lobby and surrounding area are very grand, and check-in is also very fast. Because the hotel is very large and there are many rooms on one floor, a map is given to indicate the location of the check-in room. The boating was not open on the day of check-in, saying it was due to weather reasons, but the weather seemed to be fine that day, which was a pity. The first floor has direct access to the swimming pool. The children swam in the water for two consecutive days, which is suitable for walking the baby
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice but understaffed. The free breakfast was packaged goods and not worth it. The hot tub was broken so that was a big disappointment to the kids in our group. The beds were cozy, the rooms are spacious and clean.
JJVery friendly staff! Great location! Dated rooms with kitchens that are not well stocked for cooking. Might be different in the newly renovated rooms.
