Welcome to my 11th Fairway Villa. My 2 bedroom 2 bath lower level Villa is in a Beautiful Landscaped Guard Gated Country Club. We have over 30 pools (the closest is across the street) and world class Championship Golf Course which is semi-private so you can play!You’ll enjoy Desert Falls Country Club. Amenities include a clubhouse complex that is fully accessible to renters. This include free use of 9 night-lit tennis courts, pickle ball, a fitness center with state of the art exercise equipment. The complex also has a game room, pro shops and a restaurant that features breakfast, lunch and a daily happy hour with full bar As you enter into the light and bright entry way with a cozy fireplace, beautiful lit bar and awesome views of the 11th fairway and local mountains you will know you are on vacation. Enjoy the remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. The kitchen has a convection/electrical range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. There is a patio umbrella and stand in the garage if needed.Inside the garage, there are four lounge chairs that can be used to lounge on the patio or taken to pool. The casita includes a kitchenette and separate entrance with its own AC. Main home also has own AC unit as well as a newer mini split system in the garage, washer and dryer in home. The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour, and it can get down into the 60s during the winter, so if you want it heated upon your arrival, please keep that in mind and notify us. For long-term stays, $500 of gas and electricity is included, and the renter pays for utilities above $500/month. For short-term stays, the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat the pool to the mid-80s. Please keep in mind in mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching the mid-80s, and pool temperature is not guaranteed. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come. These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund. We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist. When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long Rentspree application required and approved based on the report by the owner.
