Wonderful guess house with nice bathtub, in a nice quote building, it was easy to go around and have nice shopping and restaurants around, will recommanded

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. What a treat! It’s very well located, walking distance from restaurants, touristic attractions and shops but just away from all the buzz so you don’t hear the noise of it. The room that we stayed in had a big bathtub so we left very relaxed and so pampered. The rooms is absolutely stunning, modern and minimalistic but still with a Sicilian feeling. The host was so responsive and welcoming which is a big plus as nothing was too much trouble to ask.. LOVED IT! We will definitely be back when visit Palermo ☺️

Bed in Spa is a true gem in a very convenient location. My room was very spacious compared to a standard Italian hotel room and included beautiful tile work and a comfortable bed. The refurbished and modern rainfall shower was a true luxury! It’s located on the top floor of an old apartment building which gave it extra charm too. While no one was present when I checked in, communication was constant so I found it very easy to check myself in. Finally, Francesco was very helpful in helping me organize some memorable excursions. I’ll happily stay again!

We stayed for one night in the super suite. The room is welcoming and well laid out, the people are kind and helpful. To experience a fully relaxing day we also took advantage of the massage. Initially the operator was late, but when we communicated it, another one immediately arrived, super kind and friendly, he also explained to us what type of practice they use and the meaning of it. Super recommended, for a day of total relaxation.

Used for participation in a conference together with other colleagues. Excellent central location, comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for visiting the beautiful city of Palermo.

Ashamed ! I have still not been reimbursed since May 2020: stay impossible due to covid. A voucher was given to me when I requested a refund. I still couldn't come and they deleted my voucher without warning me. You are only in it for the money and didn't have an ounce of empathy. I find this attitude distressing and do not recommend this establishment.

The structure is located in a central and well-served area. We stayed in a beautiful junior suite with a hydromassage tub. Clean and comfortable environment. Equipped with mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, wine flutes. Francesco very kind and prepared. He gave us great recommendations for dinner and breakfast. Small flaw, but of little importance, the shower caps were out (convenient for women who don't want to get their hair wet) and the smart TV wasn't working. But they are small problems that can happen. Overall, absolutely recommended.

Truly beautiful, the location is perfect, very close to the historic center, 5 minutes walk and outside the restricted traffic zone. The suite is very large, 2 rooms, one with a bed and a coffee section with abundant pods and a kettle with various types of infusions and honey. Then a large bathroom, with hydro tub and a separate super shower. The only flaw is the door, which is characteristic because it has an ancient effect, is located in front of the reception and is that you can hear everything as they say, praivasi zero. this detail should be improved. We can go back.
