We liked the 'extras' provided by Bed in Spa. As Brits we appreciated the coffee machine in particular. We had a jacuzzi bath and we really made the most of it.
The staff are very helpful and attentive, giving advice on pl;aces to eat and to visit.
Off-site parking was literally around the corner but was very expensive. Given that Palermo is a bit of a nightmare when it comes to street parking, we probably took the safest option. If you are staying in the city for a few days then a car isn't really necessary and driving is 'interesting'!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. What a treat! It’s very well located, walking distance from restaurants, touristic attractions and shops but just away from all the buzz so you don’t hear the noise of it. The room that we stayed in had a big bathtub so we left very relaxed and so pampered. The rooms is absolutely stunning, modern and minimalistic but still with a Sicilian feeling. The host was so responsive and welcoming which is a big plus as nothing was too much trouble to ask.. LOVED IT! We will definitely be back when visit Palermo ☺️

Bed in Spa is a true gem in a very convenient location. My room was very spacious compared to a standard Italian hotel room and included beautiful tile work and a comfortable bed. The refurbished and modern rainfall shower was a true luxury! It’s located on the top floor of an old apartment building which gave it extra charm too. While no one was present when I checked in, communication was constant so I found it very easy to check myself in. Finally, Francesco was very helpful in helping me organize some memorable excursions. I’ll happily stay again!

Abbiamo pernottamento per una notte nella super suite. La stanza è accogliente e ben disposta, il persone è gentile e disponibile. Per vivere una giornata in pieno relax abbiamo usufruito anche del massaggio. Inizialmente L’operatore era in ritardo, ma comunicandolo ne è subito arrivato un altro, super gentile e cordiale, ci ha anche spiegato che tipo di pratica usano e il significato di essa. Super consigliato, per una giornata in totale relax.

Utilizzato per la partecipazione ad un congresso insieme ad altri colleghi. Ottima posizione centrale, camere comode e spaziose, personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato moltissimo per visitare la bellissima città di Palermo.

Honteux ! Je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé depuis mai 2020: séjour impossible à cause du covid. Un voucher m'a été fait alors que je demandais le remboursement. Je n'ai toujours pas pu venir et ils m'ont supprimé mon voucher sans me prévenir. Vous êtes là que pour l'argent et n'avait pas une once d'empathie. Je trouve cette attitude désolante et ne recommande pas cet établissement.

La struttura è posizionata in zona centrale e super servita. Abbiamo pernottato in una bellissima junior suite dotata di vasca idromassaggio. Ambiente pulito e confortevole. Dotata di minifrigo, bollitore, macchina del caffè, flutes per vino. Francesco gentilissimo e preparato. Ci ha consigliato benissimo per la cena e la colazione. Piccolo neo, ma di poco conto, erano finite le cuffiette da doccia (comode per le donne che non vogliono bagnare i capelli) e non funzionava la smart tv. Ma sono piccoli problemi che possono accadere. In generale assolutamente da consigliare.
