The hotel is located near Kumamoto Airport and far away from the city. It is suitable for self-driving tours as a stopover in and out of the suburbs. The hotel rooms are fully equipped with dry and wet separation. For a Japanese hotel, the area is quite large and can open two large suitcases. There is only a slight smell in some water pipes, but it has little impact. Overall, suitable for a short stay.

The customer service was very kind and nice. It was convenient because there were shopping centers, convenience stores, and fast food restaurants nearby. However, the number of breakfast items was small, and even though it was still in time, they started cleaning up, and when I tried to drink coffee after dinner, he said, ”There is no more.” I was able to enjoy the hot springs in a private state, but at the end I felt disappointed.

It was a smoking room, but the smell bothered me. The room was hot because there was no air conditioning.

宿泊翌日がゴルフで利用しました。宿泊日当日は夕方より肥後大津馬勝蔵でお客さんと会食でした。会食場所まで歩いて3分で非常に楽でした。部屋は和室でしたが大きく、下手すれば4人ぐらいは泊まれる大きさでした。ちゃんと布団も敷いてありましたし、部屋はこぎれいで清潔でした。

It is our our first time to visit Kumamoto and I am so satisfied I chose this hotel. The room was so clean and spacious. I love the garden view too. The staffs were so nice and very accommodating.

When I was staying in Kumamoto for work, I couldn't get a hotel at short notice, so this was a big help. In the direction of the room? I couldn't see Aso.

Five minutes by car to the airport. Super friendly staff. Super clean. Great facilities - you can even get tea bags for free from reception. And I also got a soft drink for free. There were enough towels and even a ”robe” to use the hot springs. All in all, great.

Beautiful area . Close to jr train station . Very peaceful. Very calm.. out of this world ! Loved it . The onsen on the rooftop is wonderful
