The location is good with restaurants and a very large market nearby.
It was disappointing that even though we stayed for 3 days, they only gave us water once.
Breakfast is also pretty good.
It is very clean as it is cleaned well every day.
I plan to use it again next time.

酒店位於熊本機場附近，較遠離市區，適合自駕遊作為出入郊區的停留點。
酒店房間設備齊全，乾濕分離。以日本酒店來說，面積算大，能打開2個大型行李箱。唯有些水喉管有少許味道，但影響不大。
整體而言，適合短暫停留。

今回、初めて泊まりました。受付の方も、レストランの方の対応も、とても親切で、良かったです。朝ごはんのビュッフェも美味しく頂きました。
お風呂のドアが、キィーキィーと、音が鳴るのが気になりましたが、その他は、良かったです。
部屋も綺麗です。のんびり、静かに過ごせました。
また熊本に行く時は、利用させて頂きます。
朝食利用の方は、コーヒーが、テイクアウト出来るのは、いいけど、朝食利用がない人は、朝イチで、部屋でコーヒーが、飲めたらなぁと思いました。

お部屋も綺麗で満足です！角部屋でしたが、周りの部屋の音も聞こえず静かで良かったです。レストランの飲み物をテイクアウトできるのもよかったです！

櫃檯人員任何時間都有兩位在輪班，英文溝通沒有問題，也可以幫忙叫計程車。
房間的配置個人非常喜歡，洗手台跟馬桶、浴室都是各自分開的，這樣使用上也不用強碰互等待。
浴室不論淋浴空間或是浴缸大小都比一般飯店再大上一些些，不會有一轉身就撞到牆壁的問題。
公共設施除了一樓的早餐之外，就差一個澡堂，那就是完美了！
飯店本身位置離最近的肥後大津車站步行20分鐘，搭計程車5分鐘，周遭步行五分鐘有多家家庭式餐廳及大規模的家居店（NITORI）跟超市，都非常好逛，營業時間也不會太早就結束。
整體來說，是不錯的體驗，但下次冬天來還是會找有附澡堂的飯店。

また子供の歯ブラシやタオルなどは大人と同じアメニティとして無料にしてほしいところです。
その他は、急遽喫煙から禁煙のお部屋へ変更していただけた点は本当にありがたかったし、嫌な顔せず対応していただけました。
