The room was very cozy and the location was very good. To be honest, this hotel gave me a very good three-day Christmas experience. The hotel's decoration is exquisite and elegant. There is also a piano solo performance and Christmas cake service during the Christmas period. On the 25th, small gifts were prepared for each child. , really attentive. I like this hotel very much and recommend staying here.

Amazing find just beautiful! We came for the night as a little family hen do. My mum, sister and niece came Saturday afternoon and stayed till Sunday. EVERYONE was so welcoming helpful and polite. Our rooms were amazing with everything you needed. We had a balcony overlooking the grounds to the the river Thames. Nice and clean with really comfy beds. We used the pool and steam room Saturday afternoon unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working and had been drained but didn’t stop us relaxing. Our dinner Saturday night in Napiers was delicious! Our waitress Abby was polite, chatty and lovely to chat to. She was really helpful. Breakfast was awesome! And great that you could take a coffee away with you in the disposable cups provided. My niece wants to make it a regular trip!! Highly recommend

Room #904. Parking was provided (limited availability, but no problem if you check in early). Nice room, but noisy bunch of young people partying below us that evening and night, but I appreciate that can't be helped while the May VIII's are racing on the river (Bumps). We had some friends join us for supper in ”Keepers' restaurant and bar and were repeatedly hurried by the waitress to get our order in before 8:40pm ”because 9pm is when the chef goes home”. Well it didn't need a 'chef' truly, but the food was acceptable and reasonably priced at £120 for 4 including drinks. No chance of pud though, unless you had ordered it before the watershed. We had bought our own birthday cake, so we had that instead. I can't think of any other European countries where this would happen... We asked if we could leave our car in situ for a few hours after we checked out the following morning and we were accommodated with grace, which was very kind. A well-situated establishment, we paid £150 for the night for a double room in the new block.

The hotel is located in a convenient location where we can easily commute around the city centre and the Bicester village. Sadia was really nice and helpful. She greeted us with a warm welcome. Rooms were quite small but they are clean and tidy. Overall, it was a great time staying at the hotel.

We stayed just one night to meet family members for dinner in Oxford. It is very well located for the city cetre. Despite that, it is in a quiet location and we had a good night's rest in a small but comfortable room. It lacks the range of facilites that you may want for a long stay. For example, it has no lounge, restaurant or lifts, which is the only reason I could not give 5 /5 for facilites. What facitlities is does have are good: in room tea and coffee making, television, radio and WiFi. Staff are friendly and helpful. We came by car and used the Park and Ride system, which is excellent. Oxford bus services are good. The hotel is also only a short taxi ride from the station if you go by train. The hotel was ideal for a short stay and we will use it again.

During the summer vacation, the prices are favorable, the rooms are all of the same standard size, and the prices vary depending on the view. Clean and hygienic, not big, but practical. I saw that the price in September is quite expensive, costing 3K. It is very close to the Westgate Shopping Center in Oxford and is very convenient for all kinds of food. It is also very convenient to reach various colleges in Oxford within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. Unique food, impeccable service! I attended a large dinner in the ballroom. The chandeliers and lighting in the room created a beautiful atmosphere. The servers were kind and attentive. Main course was a unique aubergine dish - something out of the ordinary - and it was wonderfully prepared. I’ve eaten at The Alice for dinner as well as tea, and now I know that banquets are as delicious as the restaurant.

I was recommended to come to this place and it was the best decision ever!! Place was lovely and food was more than great!! I came with my mum and a friend and my mother was the whole dinner saying that the food was more than great!! Which I’m really happy to make that decision. Also just to mention how great and helpful was Alfonso with his recommendations and his knowledge about the plates and allergies and how Kasam was making amazing cocktails that he also choose for us. I will come again for sure!!

Good location but accommodation very disappointing, the so called ”delux double” was tiny with not even enough space to get past the end and side of the bed. Bathroom also tiny! A real shame, pics are very misleading.
