We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

Clean, new hotel near the subway station. Complete equipment The employees are very attentive. The price is not expensive at all compared to the quality. Will stay here again if I come to Osaka.

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

The location is excellent, with Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and Kuromon Market nearby. The hotel environment is bright and comfortable, and the facilities are clean and hygienic. Highly recommended!

1. You will receive the room number + key password by email before 16:00 on the day of check-in. 2. Press the password to enter the door and take the elevator directly upstairs. The key box is at the door of the room. 3. There is a small kitchen + simple kitchen utensils, bowls and plates, please bring your own seasonings 4. There is a washing machine + washing powder, and a bathroom drying mode, which can dry heavy clothes in one night in winter (there are only 4 hangers) 5. There are convenience stores + Yanchu supermarket nearby 6. Take your luggage to Exit 1B, come up and turn right and go straight 7. If you have any questions, leave a message and customer service will reply.

The location is really good because it is right in front of Exit 6 of Nipponbashi Station. It would be really hard to find a place this big for this price. The only regret is that only 6 towels are provided even for multiple nights, so you have to wash them. Also, there is a lot of dust everywhere, so if you have allergies or rhinitis, I recommend that you bring your medicine. Even considering all the cons, the size of the room is so good for the price that I recommend ignoring all the cons and making a reservation. The view from the stairs of the room is also pretty.

Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

This is an apartment-style homestay with a good location, just a few hundred meters away from various subway entrances such as Nihonbashi; Facilities: Small but complete, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots and pans, etc.; it would be even more perfect if it were equipped with an electric rice cooker, and it is recommended to add some common seasonings; our family of three had their New Year's Eve dinner here. It is also very convenient to make breakfast and dinner. There is also a washing machine on the balcony Sanitation: The indoor sanitation is very good, and there is no dead corner for sanitation; Environment: The surrounding environment is average, the outer part of the room may be being renovated, and there will be some noise occasionally, but it does not affect the use and safety of the room Service: The landlord's service is very good and considerate. Because I was careless and did not pack my luggage on time, they were very kind and did not blame me at all. They helped me pack my luggage and put it on the first floor, without missing a single item, and all the details were done very well, which was very touching. When checking in/out, if you take the Rapid from the airport, it's a 15-minute walk from Ninkai Namba Station, so the location is not bad for the price. And it's only a 5-minute walk to Namba Station, so it's a less crowded subway station, which is nice. And the room was clean and nice. I recommend it. It's especially suitable for people like me who have a short schedule.
