"Used for watching baseball. The roof of the dome was visible from a close distance and it was easy to come and go in about 15 minutes. I arrived before 13:00, but it was good to check in as soon as the cleaning was completed and I was able to relax. The email asking for check-in time arrived the next day instead of the day (because it is via a travel agency), so it is smooth to contact the arrival time in advance."

"The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. For the price we are paying, I expected much much more from St Regis as I have been accustomed to at other St Regis Hotels. The hotel is beginning to show its age and hence the cleanliness part is coming into question when our rooms were being cleaned, I mean I am again nit picking here but it isn’t up to St Regis usual standards. The gym room is adequate but there isn’t a pool in a 5 star hotel 🙃."

"The wheelchair went faulty half way through the trip but counter staff was very helpful to ask around where else we can borrow even though we have to travel to umeda station but she helped us call hospital and pharmacy in addition to check if it’s possible too. Hotel also provides beverages and snacks during certain timing. Stayed with them 11 years ago and happy I chose them again this time. Thank you!"

"Everything was great, the staff, the service, the room and the style of the room, the downside is it's a bit small and the nearest station is 8 minutes away, it might not seem much, but after a long day, it would seem long, especially with luggages. The one thing that surprises me most is the small games they had in the lobby, there's a pinball machine, and other small machines. There are free luggage lockers as well if you need to check out early, you can put your bags there."

"Room was spacious. It has nearby convenience store , so very accessible :) Great location 👍 Asked for a nice view which I read from the review and they upgraded the room to the high floor with the marriott membership they offer to get a room with a view and got no view and get 0 benefits from it🥹 Staffs are kind They also have a good ambiance lobby Sadly we didn’t hangout at there bar, which were lacked of time and spent it all outside 🫣😂 Also a min walk from the train station,underground and nearby restaurants and massage. Over all we enjoyed our stay from our leisure."

"It’s literally like living on the train station in terms of location convenience. Large room size especially for families or groups of 3. Welcome drink is nice lemon water and great lobby."

"Spacious room, about 10-15mins walk to Takashimaya Namba, and various stations (OCAT, multiplier train lines connecting). Tucked in a corner - quiet neighbourhood and away from Busy Dotonbori. Comfortable bed, has everything needed with 2 bottled water provided daily. Strong shower head water pressure. Tried the bfast buffet for one of the days and enjoyed it - wide spread with lots of local cuisine."

"Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks."

"The most wonderful stay here, with plenty of things to do in the hotel itself and around it. The hotel was clean, with very clear check-in information given verbally and on the leaflet. We enjoyed complimentary ice creams, yakult and midnight ramen. The amenities were great. The breakfast options were some of the best from our Japan trip. Could not recommend this hotel more!"

"Hotel is new and design is unique. Room (king bed): the design for the bathroom and toilet is too awkward. Only suitable for couples. The shower door glass is transparent and even with the blind downs, it is still embarrassing to use the shower with someone else in the room. room size is considered big in Japan at the price range. Cleanliness to be improved Public area and service: public area are beautifully maintained and clean. Staff are able to communicate in English is a thumbs up."
