From Kansai Airport to the hotel, you can take the bus directly to Osaka Uehommachi at bus stop No. 7, which costs 1,800 yen one way. The final stop is at the Kintetsu Department Store Uehommachi store near Sheraton Osaka. It takes about five minutes to walk across the street to the hotel!

The nearest station is Kintetsu Uehommachi Station, a five-minute walk. You can basically reach all central areas in Osaka or visit Nara and Kyoto with just one car, which is very convenient.

It is divided into smoking and non-smoking rooms. The size of the room is relatively large among Japanese chain hotels, about 15 square meters, which is enough for one person. You can receive coffee and candies at the front desk, as well as a DHC makeup removal care kit, which is so considerate.

In the building next door there are Saria, Koko Sushi, etc., and across the street there are simple restaurants such as Yoshinoya and Marugame Soba, as well as several convenience stores. The most important thing is that there are two drug stores and a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. I will choose this store again when I live in Osaka in the future.

Since Covid-19 5 years ago, this my 1st return trip to Osaka, me & my wife always find Sheraton Miyako Osaka provide excellent services from all staffs.
Due to my business trip, we do not really have time to explore much of the hotel facilities & foods. Busy having meetings with suppliers.
We love to stay in Sheraton Miyako Osaka Hotel because it is very convenient to travel to nearby town/city like Kyoto, Nara & Kobe.
Also it is very convenient to travel from/to KIX with the airport limousine bus from this hotel.

The location is near Ebisucho Station and it is not very close to the station, but it is not bad from Nihonbashi and is clean first. And there is a very open feeling. There is a garden on the roof overlooking Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, and the large communal bath is an annex and is large and substantial. I'm glad that the massage chair is free. And there is an all-in-one cream at the front desk, and the amenities are subdivided and substantial. The toilet is large and the breakfast buffet has a seafood bowl until 8:00. 10:00-22:00 All-you-can-drink draft beer. This service is too amazing recently. The level as a hotel is the highest level and feels luxurious when it is a business trip. It will be suitable for travel. It's wonderful to write out everything that is not enough in the hotel and do everything. I think you narrowed your wisdom a lot. It's a great word that it's not expensive at this level.

Hotel is stone throw from two of the major POA, Kuroman market and Dotonbori, and Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station where one can escape the weather element anf shop till Osaka Namba station....The hotel has everything you need and the packet Kopi aka Coffee is good. Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best.
It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.

改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately.
It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service.
The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location
Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned.
Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start.
Highly recommended for couple and families.

As it's located away from the touristy areas, it's relatively cheaper, quieter, and compared to Tokyo hotels I have booked, roomier. The staff are excellent--they speak or at least understand English, and are efficient and warm. Basic breakfast is included-- the boiled egg is my favorite, and brewed coffee is available 24 hours .

Hhylai12We stayed in this hotel for two nights because of its location - it's right next to the JR Bentencho station and it took only 10 mins to go to USJ, where we joined their countdown party on the New Year's eve. The room was spacious compared to those located in the city centre (e.g. Umeda, Shinsaibashi). It was a good deal to stay in such a big room with this price. It was also clean and quiet, despite its proximity to the train station. Going to the city centre is also easy - you could take local metro to Dohton Bori in 15 mins. The train getting to the Kansai airport also stopped at Bentencho, so you don't have to worry about going to the airport neither! The price comes with breakfast, but we hadn't got a chance to try it. There was also a 7-11 next to the entrance of the hotel - very convenient. There are a number of hotels close to USJ but they are always expensive. I'd recommend this to those who are looking for something economical, while you don't have to sacrifice quality / convenience.

There are amenities at the 1st floor which provided facial cream, toner and cleansing oil as well.
They only provide 2 bottles of water a day.

PPak HangThe hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.

But!! The room we lived in has poor drainage in the toilet. The water was leaking on the ground, which made the floor very slippery. We contacted the front desk in the morning however the problem was not resolved when we came back in the evening. Finally, a staff liaised for us and we finally changed to a new room. No compensation and I did not hear any apologies. Well, thank you for the help but it cost us some time and made me a bit uncomfortable. The new room was all good.
Staffs are nice and friendly, polite. Thank you for the service. Considering the price, it's not that cost-effective from my point of view.

HHalsansanI stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. I negotiated and luckily I had a vacancy, so I ended up staying overnight.
