We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Location and services are quite well. However the cleaningness is not well. Some dirty found on carpet in different area. Location nearby Osaka station and connected with the grand front nearby. Amenities is a surprise with DHC brand products and can be taken in the counter at ground floor.

The hotel is located at a very good location, with shopping malls, a lot of food options and train station within short walking distance. The hotel staff are also friendly and helped us with our luggage forwarding. The hotel also provides coffee, tea, toothbrush, comb and other amenities. Will choose this hotel again for next visit.

Room is clean, rather small but it’s Japan’s standard of room size, there’s a mini fridge , bedroom slippers. Bed and pillows are too soft for me. Shampoo, body wash & conditioner are not so good. Breakfast has good selection/variety. Difficult to find hotel from the Umeda station underground. There were no signs telling you how to get to the hotel from the underground station - took us a long time to find our way to the hotel from the underground.

The facilities were good, the staff was friendly, and check-in was possible before 11 AM. Please note that there is a 20,000 yen deposit per night. You can contact the hotel via chat with requests using the Four Seasons app. There is a pad in the room, so you can make requests as well. They seem to speak English well, and since it is a Japanese hotel, you can speak in Japanese. However, the housekeepers seem to be Chinese, so if you have something to say directly, you should speak in Chinese. The hotel is close to the Dojima Roll main branch, so it is within walking distance.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.
