The location is quite good. Next to the Umeda Sky Building so it’s easy to find. However it’s a 5-10 min walk to the big department store, but the walk is okay. There is a shuttle bus service which makes it very nice also. The room is quite big and of course everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! I love the hotel and would stay again!

We stayed here a few years ago and they continue to offer smallish, clean and quiet rooms served up by a patient and attentive staff at an affordable rate. The rooms are small but was more than made up for by the great location near subway stops, the train station and multiple shopping/dining areas within a short walk. We stayed her four nights and had the buffet breakfast each morning for around $7.50. The buffet had many items to choose from, including a fresh salad bar, omelets, bacon, pancakes with jam, croissants, Japanese fare such as picked veggies, seared fish, rice, miso soup, coffee and juice.

We stayed 6 nights at Sheraton , first 3 nights were upgraded to premium room but the other 3 nights after we back from Kyoto was to normal room , however they have provided everything we need eg like shower chair fir elderly . Very good and thoughtful services , central location and can go everywhere easily . Many eateries n Kintetsu departmental stores n Hihi town n Newly yufura shopping ctr all around the hotel .

This was a solid spot for a three night stay in Osaka. It's also very handy to Osaka Station, you get there in less than ten minutes by foot. The check in and out experience is all done by an automated reception which was very easy to use but any staff we did briefly interact with were pleasant and professional. The rooms were small but had everything we needed and were very comfortable. There's also a cute robot that glides around the lobby area. I'd happily stay here again when in Osaka.

We just stayed 1 night at Park Front hotel. We got a big room with anamazing view. At first,we felt like the airconditioning was not cold enough but after some time, it turned out to be okay. Great location!! Beside is train station and USJ.

We were family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a one bedroom suite and one studio, and stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine except the 2 rooms were floors apart, reception lady said she could not put the 2 rooms in the same floor. We have breakfasts for the whole trip, and really enjoy the stay.
