I am very grateful for the free service of 18:00-20:00 curry held on the 1st floor. And if you buy one item outside, dinner will be enough. If you pay 500 yen, you will have a breakfast buffet, but the variety is abundant and I am very satisfied. I think it is efficient to bring each person from the first floor instead of preparing amenities such as in-house clothes and tea in the room. I want to go again.

The facility is quite old, but the rooms have been nicely renovated. The natural free-flowing hot spring for sale was still satisfying. I entered the public bath three times from the time I checked in at 16:00 to the time I checked out at 10:00 the next day. There is no doubt that being able to take a bath late at night, which is rare these days, will increase your satisfaction with the herbal medicinal bath and the abundant hot water flowing directly from the source. From the receptionist, the person who served the food, and the person who managed the bath, I was able to receive all the pleasant services.

Available toilets and showers for amount of guests seemed a bit limited, but I luckily didn't have to wait. The advance online and final checkin went fine (even though initially I got a weird emailadress to send my passport copy to, maybe an outdated procedure). No problem to arrive after 20h.

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately.
It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service.
The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location
Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned.
Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start.
Highly recommended for couple and families.

My wife tried to tell the staff at the lobby that the shower curtain is missing in her toilet, and showed the photo to that staff. Guess what that staff told her. “There is shower curtain In every single room in this hotel.” When my wife on the way back to her room, and she asked the another customer in the elevator, they told there is shower curtain in their room. Is this some kind of joke….

- The hotel is in a good location as it’s close to two metro stations, plenty of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of Osaka Castle and Dotonbori. Plus, it’s not too far from Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka Station if taking trips.
- The room is a little small but not too bad, plus the shower and bath are nice, as well as the electric bidet toilet.
- Cleaning of the room is infrequent and they never changed my mug so I was washing the mug every day in the sink to clean it.
- Amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be collected yourself from the lobby on the 18th floor. They also have laundry and microwaves on the second floor.

The hotel is relatively new, just beside Osaka Prefecture. The front desk only has English service, but the Ctrip booking made the check-in smooth. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away. It's also about 10 minutes to Shinsaibashi. There is a 711 5 minutes' walk away, but it closes at 23:00. It's worth booking such a hotel in Osaka at this price.

Overall, it's good. It's just a bit old. The hygiene is average. But the room is quite big. The price-performance ratio is quite high. There are big windows and the sun is very bright. It's much better than a commercial hotel. But it's a bit old. I should choose an old hotel next time if I go on a business trip nearby. Will stay there again

My family has a good experience with the service and location. It's unfortunate that they're planning to remove the in-room washing machine, which could be a drawback for future stays. Hopefully, they consider replacing it with an alternative amenity.

MMelciaVery convenient as it is near the Osaka station and umeda station. There are plenty of malls nearby too. Ichiran ramen is just 5 mins away too!
There are amenities at the 1st floor which provided facial cream, toner and cleansing oil as well.
They only provide 2 bottles of water a day.

PPak HangThe hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.

But!! The room we lived in has poor drainage in the toilet. The water was leaking on the ground, which made the floor very slippery. We contacted the front desk in the morning however the problem was not resolved when we came back in the evening. Finally, a staff liaised for us and we finally changed to a new room. No compensation and I did not hear any apologies. Well, thank you for the help but it cost us some time and made me a bit uncomfortable. The new room was all good.
Staffs are nice and friendly, polite. Thank you for the service. Considering the price, it's not that cost-effective from my point of view.

HHalsansanI stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. I negotiated and luckily I had a vacancy, so I ended up staying overnight.

It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

AAA KikiLocation is great, right in the middle of dotonburi. But the street it’s on is near clubs and bars so it gets a bit loud at night. Service is great and all but we requested a late checkout and they asked for $100 just for an hour… Booked a room for three and it’s just an extra bed added to a twin room so it was crazy cramped I couldn’t even open my luggage.
