Location is convenient as it is above the train station. Breakfast could be better as for a 5 stars hotel.

We stayed 6 nights at Sheraton , first 3 nights were upgraded to premium room but the other 3 nights after we back from Kyoto was to normal room , however they have provided everything we need eg like shower chair fir elderly . Very good and thoughtful services , central location and can go everywhere easily . Many eateries n Kintetsu departmental stores n Hihi town n Newly yufura shopping ctr all around the hotel .

staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met, offering helpful local recommendations. We love the lounge access!!

Easy location to metro, reasonable parking fee if you drive. Easy assess to many tourist locations, comfortable bed and good pillows, many options for food.

Location is right above subway and room is big and great but unfortunately thereโs no smart tv

Convenient location for airport transfers and shuttle bus going to Tennoji. Nearby stores inckude a variety of Kintetsu department store, HiHiTown with eateries, Daiso, chemists, 24 hour Aeon and Harves supermarkets. Hotel facilities are of standards expected from sheraton, though the hotel itself is dated by its decor. In general, a fair hotel for a short visit to Osaka.๐

Good location especially direct bus to and from KIX airport. Many restaurants around hotel. I have been visiting this hotel for many years and will always come back to stay here.

Spacious room with super comfortable bed. It's located just right beside Kintetsu Limited Express so it was very convenient coming from Nagoya without having to change trains. It's just 1 station away from Namba, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi & Kuromon Market which is very convenient.

We stayed 4 nights at Sheraton Miyako Hotel, Osaka during 28-30 May & 2-4 June 2024.
The room is relatively spacious and has all the required stuff like toiletries, coffee machine, fridge, etc.
Staff is helpful and attentive. Check-in is really fast.
Location is great with Kansai Airport Limo Bus from T1 or T2 to hotel doorstep. There are 3 subway lines below the hotel. Next to the hotel is 2 big shopping centres with lots of food option.

A. very traditional Sheraton style hotel. Maintaining good quality of cleaningness and services . The location of this hotel is almost perfect, very very convenient travel by subway and JR, also it is easy to get a taxi. Love this hotel, will stay again if going to Osaka next time.

Everything is good , only for families who have baby the hotel donโt offer to give cradle ุ
