The room is modern and clean, the surrounding environment is quiet, there is a 711 convenience store within a few steps, the Tanimachi 9-chome subway station is within a 5-minute walk, the Uehommachi private railway station is within a 10-minute walk, and Universal Studios is a 30-minute drive away. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high. The most satisfactory thing is the bathroom. The only drawback is that the quilt is too thin and may not be so comfortable in winter. You can only turn on the heating.

The room size is quite good in Japanese hotels. The environment is very clean. My room is on the tenth floor. The view outside the window is very open and very good. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

The room is quite big, and the bathtub in the bathroom is also big, and it is very comfortable to take a bath, but it is not recommended to stay in winter, it is too cold without air conditioning, and there is only a thin quilt. I asked the lobby staff to add a quilt but was directly rejected. The room is basically not cleaned unless requested. The hotel is located between Uehommachi and Nihonbashi, and it is very convenient to go to Namba, Shinsaibashi and Umeda.
