The place is clean and very convenient. But as expected with Japan's spaces, it is really tight. Highly recommended for travellers who just need a place to rest and sleep.

Small, but god hotel. Good neighborhood, only 10-15 minutes from the main train stations and only 3 minutes to subway by foot

Great location, only 5 min walk from the Hommachi station. Also, the hotel is right next to the main street of Shinsaibashisuji.

Big room, nice but assigned at lower floor facing wall, no sunlight at all and lazy to complaint anymore. Stayed for 3nights, overall good sleep. Location quite far from trains station, very confusing with too many exit and finally get out from the right exit so we don’t have to walk too far.

Good place to spend a night or two. Like many Japanese hotels the rooms are very small, but it was what we were looking for.

Easy and fast check in. Convenient to ward shinsaibashi distric. And, the restaurant of the opposite site has yummy choice.

A very nice hotel

Very convenient location with 2 subway stations nearby, near to both Namba station as well as Umeda/Osaka station making travels to other cities convenient. It seems like an office area and is rather quiet at night. Very nice place to stay at! Thank you:)

It was my first time to travel to Osaka. I chose this hotel after a long time. It is very convenient to travel. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi.

Share a check-in check-up. The hotel is in a good location, relatively quiet, 5-10 minutes walk from the subway station, close to the end of Shinsaibashi, at least 20 minutes walk to Glico, and 10 minutes around supermarkets and Sukiya. The hotel looks very new, which is a bit different from the room. The room size is OK, which is considered large in Japan, but the hygiene is a bit poor. It feels dusty everywhere, and the cleaning is not very careful. On the first day of check-in, I found a layer of yellow stains on the quilt. The bedding should have been used for some years. The next day, I asked the front desk to change it. The air conditioner is full of dust. I wanted to turn on the air purifier, but it was a bit dirty. I opened the window for ventilation for several days. If the hygiene is done well and the old facilities are replaced, this location is really good, but I will not stay there next time.

The location is good, not far from the subway station, and there are convenience stores around. The breakfast is also quite rich, the service is very enthusiastic, and the house is cleaned very well every day. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel is located in Honmachi, and it takes 5 minutes to get to the hotel from Exit 3. The room is very small. Hygiene: Average, the bedding is stained. Service: I don’t know if it’s because of the hotel design or Ctrip’s agency, the room rate does not include the cost of cleaning once a day. I stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned. The front desk explained that our room does not include cleaning. If it is a problem with Ctrip’s agency, then everyone should be careful to choose the Ctrip “agent” option price when booking a hotel. I think booking is still a good choice when you go out, and local third parties are a bit of a leeks.
