it's a revisit to this hotel. because of the location and convenience. surrounding area have a lot of restaurants and cafes. hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. hotel itself had a lot of complimentary. e.g. food, drinks and amenities. very thoughtful. however, the room ventilation fan was full of dusts...

Lovely! Love the room, staff and location! Unfortunately, the communal coffee machine was down but that was the only issue and we absolutely enjoyed out stay. Staff was lovely too!

Nice hotel to stay at, about 10 minutes walk to various train stations. Free amenities, clean and not too small

It was a very nice room! It was spacious, clean, and even had a hair iron, and the toilet and bath were separate, so both were clean and spacious. I really wanted to stay there again because it had everything! ! ! ! !

There was a lot of space in the room which is not so common in Tokyo

Unfortunately, the room and hallway smelled like sewage. Other than that, the room was clean and had plenty of amenities!

The front desk clerk was very friendly and the room was very cozy. Although the room size was not large, it was big enough to open a 26-inch TV. Although the sparrow is a small gift, it has everything you need.

It's very new and the location is pretty good. It's about a 15-minute walk to Umeda Station, but it's nice to eat and drink along the way.

Pros: location delicious breakfasts quite big room Minuses: We were 3 minutes late for breakfast and they said breakfast was over and nothing would happen.

The room is large and the separate shower is very comfortable.
