Hotel is convenient and clean. Location is within the Dotonbori area and will be easy for families with little kids as there are 3 beds option. Accessible to station, food and convenience store easily. The only disadvantage about this hotel is that the car couldn't drive in to the walkway and could only drop you at a nearby street to upload your luggage. Overall, will recommend this hotel to those who are first time to Osaka, Namba Area.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. We stayed on the 7th floor and surprisingly it was very quiet despite the location being in the middle of the busy street. But our room was not facing the main street. We booked the triple room with 3 single beds which was spacious enough for our family of 4 (kids aged 7 and 10). The hotel also allowed us to use their breakfast area during lunch and dinner, and we can buy food from the streets and eat there.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. Right in the heart of Dotonbori and easy to navigate to other areas with quick access to the subway. The room was a little small but manageable compared to other box rooms in hotels. Breakfast was okay. The coffee was not good. Overall, a little pricey for what we got but I guess that's the price you pay for such a location.
