2. The rice on the quilt is dry and turned over to find cigarette burns
3. The wifi cannot be connected in some areas, such as our room

I have stayed in so many rooms in Japan, and this one has the smallest bed, no doubt about it. It is too crowded and makes sleeping miserable every day. Moreover, in the winter, the windows are still a bit drafty. I have to go downstairs to the front desk to get towels every day. It is not very convenient. I will not stay here again!

It seems impossible to leave your luggage before or after check-in.

The location is very good in Umeda. The red Ferris wheel is a landmark building. The hotel is just across the elevated road. It is very close and cost-effective. It is in the busiest commercial district in Osaka.
