Although the hotel is close to the JR station and the airport bus station, the hotel facilities are still relatively old, and the sound of the central air conditioning in the room makes it difficult to fall asleep!

Spacious corner room with an excellent view of downtown Osaka. Stay with my parents and we each had our own bed to sleep in and still had space to lounge around.
Location wise, it’s a 10 minute walk from the main stations, department stores and touristy places, so it’s a little inconvenient for those traveling with a lot of luggage or elderly.

I booked this hotel because it is located besides the ocat bus terminal which bring us directly to KIX. There are many eateries nearby and underground. It is about 10 mins walk from various shopping belt like shisaibashi, takashimaya. No coin laundry in the hotel.

Luggage experience was bad as the hotel did not accept the forward delivery luggage from Monterey Fukuoka on the premise that it has yet to receive payment when we are travelling from Fukuoka to Osaka. hotel Monterey in fukuoka did not want to receive the payment so there is nothing we could do. This cause a one day delay in our luggage as the luggage was not delivered when we arrive at Osaka. We would have expect that the same chain hotel should be flexible to accommodate guest .
