The location is exactly on the heart of Shinsaibashi.
You need to get the hotel amenities kit in the lobby such as cotton buds, razor, toothbrush. Etc
The room is very clean and well maintained.

Great location! Walking distance to all the markets and night life. If you want to store your luggage, it’s quite easy. Check in was fast too. Room had a nice big bathtub to relax in after a busy day of sight seeing!

We come to Osaka every year. This is our second time stayed at Cross hotel Osaka. We love everything about this hotel, especially location…best of the best. For our next next trip to Osaka, we will stay here again for sure.

Hotel was great, room was huge.
We loved it!
It was Christmas when we visited and we even won from their advent calendar, great hotel with really great space and toilet was very clean.

Great location and clean rooms. In the middle of tourist district, with restaurants and tax-free shops. walking distance to Namba station. Bath-tub is the deep type. only 2 lifts servicing entire hotel, can be a long wait. Luggage deposit is self-service type secured by a wire lock only

Hotel is conveniently located. A short walk to dotonburi and shinsaibashi. near glico man. However, the most disturbing part is that the room is quite dusty at corners of the room. Shelf have dust on it. This is the most upsetting part and have never come across hotels with such issue.

Nice clean modern hotel, we did get a free upgrade and the hotel room was very nice and spacious. I loved the bath tub and the free bath salt options you can choose from at the front desk. This was such a great experience.

Absolutely love this hotel. Second time visiting here. The included breakfast is delicious too. Definitely worth it.

Good modern design hotel. Staffs speak English and Japanese. Location is excellent. Near shinbashi and dodotenburi. I like this hotel 8.5/10. Safe hotel. Hotel is best with its location. There is still room to improve. I will book again when I return Osaka. Near train station too. I am happy to book this hotel. The disadvantage is that this hotel doesn’t look grand and luxury

Near Glico man. Nice location so is more expensive than most other hotels.

Service was very good, location is very good. the breakfast is not affordable, and we hear noise all night from outside, which make sleeping very uncomfortable.
