Cross Hotel Osaka

We spent a night at Cross Hotel Osaka before an early flight the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station (Exit 14) and right next to Dotonbori, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and eateries. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and we appreciated the option to enjoy a ‘socking bath’ after a long day of sightseeing. The value for the price was excellent, and we were really impressed. We would love to explore other hotels in this chain in the future!

The location is exactly on the heart of Shinsaibashi. You need to get the hotel amenities kit in the lobby such as cotton buds, razor, toothbrush. Etc The room is very clean and well maintained.

This hotel is in a nice location. Right beside Shinsaibashi, just a walking distance away. And opposite Donki Supermarket. Breakfast is great too. I like that they serve fresh fruit shake, which impressed me. However, before booking the room, I saw review of others saying that there is Dyson hair dryer in the room. However, to my disappointment, the room that we stay, don't have it. I thought I would have given my wife a pleasant surprise. The staff is attentive and in good customer service too. Keep it up!

I ve reserved two rooms, one double bed deluxe room for my family, and other regular twin bedroom for my two relatives. My room is more expensive, however outcome is, my room is smaller, using regular electronics, better view. While they enjoy Dyson dryer, river view, coffee capsule machine, larger room… I don’t understand why, however it’s too late for me as I realise this at the last moment before I check out. I think the staff had mixed up?

It was quite a long walk from the bus terminal but in between a few train stations. Highlight of the hotel is the toilet with a separate shower area and a huge bathtub.
