I really love the place. It is close to Dontonbori, shopping area and restaurants. The place is clean and the staff are so beautiful and friendly. They were quite helpful and so nice. The hotel have their own cafe so the food and drinks taste wonderful.

Booked the compact single and realised the only shower option is the PUBLIC BATHH!!! I thought there will be cubicle shower rooms like typical hostels but nope and i ended up wasting my stay there and used the room for belonging keeping. I rebook somewhere else with private shower place. But that aside, the hotel is centrally located and the vibes were nice, there's free drinks everyday from 4 - 11pm. I would return to the hotel next time but with a better room selection.

First time in Japan and I chose Osaka. This hotel shocked me for its tideness and warmness which leave me a very good first impression. The lobby is kind and the euipment is good too, you may try the public bath on the top floor cuz itz really comfortable. I'll be in Osaka and this hotel again. What's the name of the girl in the front desk who give me lots of kind help, anybody help me?

Despite the great location and nice staff, I wasn't very happy with the experience. The room was a bit rundown. My biggest issue was that the hotel offers a public bath, sento style, but there are no regular showers at all on the floors or on the public bath floor. This could be fine if they didn't close the bath from 9h30 to 16h00
Basically, if you wake up at 09h30 and want to take a shower, you're out of luck. I asked for 5 minutes to take a quick shower and was refused as it was against the rules.

Everything there was so perfect!
Nice place nice room nice staffs. The public bath was amazing, when every night I finished the crazy shopping, the public bath was healing paradise for me.
I definitely book again when I go Osaka next time!
