Easy to locate as per instruction given. But one of the photos is not up to date. The hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori. Still can hear the sirens of police cars at night. But overall all the amenities are OK esp with the washing machine.

10 minutes walk to Tanimachi Kyuchome Station, Kintetsu Nipponbashi Station
Many restaurants nearby and convenient facilities.
The accommodation is clean as shown in the photo.
They gave us 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person, but we washed them and used them, so it was okay.
The bikers were walking around every night, and that was also a new kind of fun~
There was no noise from other floors, but the bikers' exhaust noise and the police car siren chasing them were impressive~😆
It was not far from the accommodation, so I went out to look around for a while at night~
There were a lot of people day and nightㅋ
I took the airport bus from Osaka Namba Station OCAT, and it was worth it to walk while looking around~

I thought all Japanese hotels would be small, but this place is incredibly spacious!!! There are two queen beds, a sofa, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, and a large desk!!! Although it is an unmanned hotel, they respond to emails very quickly and the interior of the hotel is very clean. There are many convenience stores nearby, which was really great!!!! The only downside is that only 4 towels are provided and you have to pay for more...! There is a washing machine at the entrance, so it didn't matter. And it is a little far from Dotonbori (15 minutes on foot??), so it was a little difficult in the hot weather...ㅎㅎ
