Easy to locate as per instruction given. But one of the photos is not up to date. The hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori. Still can hear the sirens of police cars at night. But overall all the amenities are OK esp with the washing machine.

It's a bit far from Namba Station, but there's a Lawson nearby, and there are some highly rated restaurants near the hotel, so it would be good to visit. The room was large and the bed was a double bed, so I was very satisfied. They answered my email inquiries quickly and kindly explained how to self-check in, which was nice. There was also a table, so it was convenient to buy food from the convenience store and watch TV, which was great. However, YouTube and Netflix are not supported on the TV, so if you want to watch YouTube or Netflix, I recommend bringing an iPad or laptop.

A family of three stayed for 3 days.
It was a very cold day, but the other family members said they weren't cold at all, but I, a human tree, was cold even with the heater on.
I recommend people like me to bring a shawl.
The accommodation was very clean and impeccable.
It was spacious enough to spread out 2 large suitcases and 1 carry-on suitcase and live there.

The B&B is located near Shinsaibashi, about a 10-minute walk away. The room is large, the facilities are complete, and the living experience is very good. Next time I come to Osaka for a trip, I hope I can stay at their home again.

It was an old hotel, so the facilities weren't all that great.
Thanks to the friendly staff, we arrived early, left our luggage, and had a great time.
Dotonbori and Namba are within walking distance, and the train is close, so Umeda is only 30 minutes away. It was a great way for the kids to experience Japanese trains, and there was a convenient store nearby, which was nice.
