Very nice contemporary hotel. No buffet breakfast only "a la carte". Not usual but that's the hotel rule. Very calm for a deep sleep. Good englush speaking at the reception. Nice bar and restaurant. I really recommand Zentis

Great location, friendly staff, big, clean, amazing rooms.

Service was not up to standard for this price range. Staff had no smile, not feeling welcomed. Breakfast was okay but staff was unfriendly and doesn’t speak English well. Also it was slow, other customers waited for 30 mins to have their breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, but lack privacy. There is no curtain for the transparent shower so you can see your friend showering or pooping, even when someone opens the room door! Also there is an office building opposite to the rooms and I could see myself from the reflection of office building . I felt uncomfortable if the curtains were not closed.

Location is slightly far away from the main Osaka station around 10 mins walk, however, there are many choices of restaurants and bars next to the hotel.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The hotel is well equipped with a gym. Laundry room. Bar / restaurant. All of which are high quality. Staff are attentive and friendly. And the room is well designed and aesthetic. Incredible value for money.

The location is really good and there are a lot of restaurant choices around. And the hotel staff is really good and kind.

Great design. Convenient location (Around 10 mins walk to the train station and the bus stop for the airport limousine bus) with restaurants, convenience stores, and McDonald's just around the corner.

Service was first class, lovely facilities and the breakfasts, we chose Japanese, was beautiful and presented exquisitely.

the location is a bit away from JR osaka station. It takes more then 10mins walk from hotel. Surrounding has a lot restaurant. Easy to find place to eat at late night.

the entrance is from small street beside the hotel and the view was terrible. the service was good and the front desk too cooperative.

Great rooms - the wooden floor is a highlight. Very clean. Classy location near the heart of Osaka. No pool or big gym, but these don't really matter for a leisure trip - thes makes the hotel amazing value.

Great hotel close to Osaka station. The room was big and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The service staff was very friendly. The bar is also amazing with a beautiful decoration. We would book the hotel again.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Front office was welcoming and helpful. Room was well designed, clean, bright and cheery. Location is on the quieter side, not that far from Osaka Station, might be a bit of a walk if you have multiple luggage. Would highly recommend if you like a spacious, bright and well designed room away from the crowd of Osaka Station
