Check-in at 4pm is a must! Even if you arrive a little early, check-in before 4pm is not allowed.
In the confirmation email, I was given room 201, but when I arrived I couldn't get the key from the key box. I inquired and was told it was room 301, so I moved to room 301 and was able to enter the room safely. There was no notification of the change.
On the first day, the tissues ran out around 12am, and when I inquired, they said they would bring some the next day. The next day, when I returned from going out, they hadn't arrived yet, so I contacted them again and they said the cleaning lady must have left them there.
I looked everywhere and there were none, and the towels hadn't been changed since they hadn't been cleaned. When I told them that, they said they would check and call me back.
As a result, they said there was a storage room on the first floor so I could just get them from there... I wish they had told me that last night...
