Very clean room, very quiet, there are Chinese staff at the front desk, easy to communicate, easy to get around, very close to the subway station, you can walk to Shinsaibashi, very convenient. Thank you

Even though I closed the windows tightly, the wind still came in and it was noisy.
It was cold, so the heater was turned on and my throat hurt and it was hard because it was full of dust.
And, I lost my phone at the airport, so I called the 24-hour desk and asked for help, but both the staff and the manager refused.

The accommodation is easy to walk to the metro and easy to walk to the shopping area. The room is small but okay. There are pajamas provided but you have to ask at the lobby. If you want to clean, you have to inform the lobby before 11am and leave the key card with the staff. Check-in 4PM - checkout 10AM
